I would like to share feedback about an unpleasant experience my husband and I had at your café today.
We ordered breakfast and coffee. From the beginning, the staff member ( Denise) at the counter treated us in a very unfriendly manner. Our order was taken abruptly, the coffee was pushed toward us without a word, and when we asked for our bagel to be toasted, it was taken out of my husband’s hand and almost handed back to us un-toasted.
There was no explanation, no apology, and no basic courtesy throughout the interaction. While everyone can have a bad day, this kind of behavior creates discomfort for customers and leaves a very negative impression of the business.
I believe that friendliness and basic respect are essential in customer service, and I hope this feedback can help improve future interactions.

Clean and empty Panera. Ordered at the kiosk, prepped and passed to me at the back where they have the pickup orders, and the tea was cool and refreshing. Solid, if not spectacular.

Slow service
Waited 30 min for a caprese sandwich at 3pm on a week day. Wait is ridiculous
if you want a sandwich so covered in sauce it’s inedible and then have employees stare at you like you’re insane when you ask them to remake it after you finished working a 12hr shift in the freezing cold, then this is the place to go! :)

The food was really good, but the waiting time is endless, also there's absolutely nowhere to peacefully eat at. don't order dine in.

There broccoli cheddar soup is amazing , the mac n cheese tastes like bechamel sauce more thst ot is cheese i dont recommend it .
The seating situation is bad as you cant find anywhere to sit !!!

Typically fine, 4*. Most recently, I placed a drink order and arrived a few minutes after they closed. It was just a fountain drink. They easily could've let me in just to get it or even brought it to me (would've literally been a minute), but chose not to. There was one other time this happened to me at another Panera and they did let me grab my drink, so this truly was their choice. I got off the subway (that I'd have to get back on, so I basically paid $3) to pick this up, then they didn't let me. I'm being fair by not giving 1* because of decent previous visits, but this was quite off-putting and disappointing.

Food is consistently good and place is always clean. The sweetest, most caring, and thoughtful manager. Extremely attentive, will immediately rectify any mistakes, and truly cares about the customer experience. If there is a longer wait than usual, they will do their best to make the situation right.

Only go here because it’s close to work but unfortunately there is always tremendously long, wait times to receive food orders, a somewhat chaotic environment when waiting for your order to be ready combined with very little space to stand. My orders have been incorrect, and sometimes the food lacks flavor,, which is frustrating after waiting a long time for your food..

Don’t eat here. You will wait your entire lunch break for your food. They take your order in person but then add you to a queue with all orders which includes the app so the place might appear less busy but you have no way of gauging the wait unless you look at the queue monitor. I was 50th in line! So sad. I will say the staff was efficient and courteous. What happened to Panera?!
