The service here is absolutely SPECTACULAR! The staff at this location are so vibrant, patient and ever so helpful. My entire mood was lifted just from coming here.I came in the morning to grab a quick breakfast before work and the cashier was so patient and when I couldn’t decide on a drink and helped me with some options I might like.Another staff member came in and just greeted everyone he passed with so much energy.This was my first time going to Panera for breakfast and it was ok. I got the avocado, egg white and spinach sandwich which was tasty but a little too small for me for something costing $7Lovely staff, very clean and spacious location I’ll definitely be back ??

I wish I knew there was upstairs seating.I liked that there was an option to order by kiosk. I did not like that the menu items were $5+ across the board, and the options were limited compared to other Panera locations.

This place fell off. When it first opened everything was in order and timely. But lately, there’s hardly ever any large cups, then when you go to ask the team members for a cup, they look at you as if you have six heads (super rude). Like is the cup coming out your paycheck??? And I wouldn’t have to even ask for a cup if they would bring it to the rapid pick up station.

I couldn’t wait for them to open here on the upper east side. They did have a location around the corner from where they are now. That was many years ago and it was an awful physical plant, dark and small. Now they have moved on to third Avenue. Another awful location! The buildings around them are coming down so you can only imagine the rat population. The element that is outside of the store is less than desirable again it is a small, narrow store, quite dark and they don’t have any of the lovely things they have in their other locations out of state. The bagels, the breads, the muffins so unappealing. They have no paper menu to take out. I don’t always want to look at a screen when I’m thinking about ordering a meal. Nothing about the place looks clean enough or appealing enough to make me want to go back a second time. Again, the food does not compare to their out of state restaurants. Such a disappointment !

Normally love Panera.. I’m sure it’s just because they opened but their service/food is not consistent with other paneras I frequent. Second time trying them during lunch hours and I will not be returning.

Trash. Waited 35 minutes in the early morning for a simple sandwich and they did not even add anything I asked for but surely did charge me for it. Never again.

Unacceptably slow service for mobile orders. There are literally hundreds of local bagel shops in this city that are better faster cheaper and actually authentic.

Not enough staff to meet demand. They need to enforce time slots for mobile ordering so customers don’t wait an extra 30+ minutes past when the order was due. Had this same problem with their midtown location—so far I have never received my food within 45 minutes of placing my order.

Wow! As a recent dinner guest, Panera's friendly and attentive staff made my experience incredible and particularly Mariam was an absolute angel. She greeted me with a big smile and was an such a delight even though I came in right before closing time.Was never a huge fan of Panera in general...until I came to this one in the UES. Well done team. Keep it up!!! I'll be back soon.

I am not generally a big Panera fan, and after having a subpar initial impression of the service, my expectations for this store were low. However, this changed when Michael began helping my friend and I. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the superb customer service he provided. He took the time to listen and empathetically respond to our concerns and went out of his way to improve the rest of our visit. I truly appreciate employees who ensure your experience at their business is a positive one, and Michael did just that. He deserves all the recognition for a job well done.

Giving 5 stars solely due to the service from Michael! Store was very busy and he made sure everyone was taken care of. Extremely knowledgeable in what he does as well as exuded exemplary leadership skills.
