I guess Panera workers can’t count….i ordered a Mac n cheese that comes with a side of bread, and then ordered 4 on the side. So 5 total and these non counting people gave me 2. To top it off they didn’t give utensils or napkins, which I asked for. Laziness. Pure laziness. Not acceptable smh

No wonder this location has such bad ratings. I ordered a large catering order days in advance. Despite this they had one person working that morning. 1) it was ready 45 minutes late 2) there were many breakfast sandwiches that only had meat. no cheese, no egg. just dry bread and meat. 3) called later to address issues and Asst. Manager Remy told me manager wasn't in but i would get a call back from managers Amanda or Dianne. Never received call back. Tried calling again a few days later and was told the same. Still have yet to receive call back.

I can get a STACKED roast beef sandwich at a nearby famous Italian sandwich shop for $20 that can feed me for dinner and lunch.

I ordered from this location on uber eats and I was very satisfied at how well the order was packed. All of the drinks came in plastic bags and a carrier tray to avoid spilling. Very happy thank you Panera.

They’re always out of coffee in the morning! Whether it’s the dark roast, light roast, or, hazelnut. Why offer pick up and go if customers have to wait for them to refill it?! It’s peak morning hours and everyone is trying to grab a coffee and go!! Who has the time to wait? The cream is always empty, too!

I would not recommend ordering from here. I ordered 2 soups and a drink, and they literally gave me NOTHING I ordered (the bag was sealed). They gave me 3 random sandwiches and mac and cheese. I think they were probably out of what I ordered - but if that’s the case, it should not be listed and orderable on DoorDash or UberEats.

Do not order or go here!! The food quality is unbelievably bad. I have tried to get a sandwich I order frequently from paneras multiple times from this location and it always comes out very small, missing ingredients, and a total mess. Just go across the street to NewsBar for much higher quality soups and sandwiches for the same price

So, if u made an order and spent 20-30 $ per visit, for additional hot water u must make an order !!!
They earn more, then 10 bpy !!!
And for extra hot water u just make an extra order for a cup, when u have your cup and u have paid for it already !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
