Been coming here since I got a deal on their subscription service. Decent place, really not staying in there. Orders are usually quick for just drinks but there can be times of the day when there's a little wait. Have not tried their food but will soon.

Quick and speedy service. Lots of tablets to order food. This location is missing the little tabs that attaches to the drinking hole of the lid. Always have coffee spelling on my sleeve from the drinking hole while walking back home. A few times the coffee pots are empty and milk containers empty as well.

This Panera (which may have replaced the one closed on Unions Square) was a busy location - orders to pick up on the left, right was delivery orders. They had a number of kiosks to order from.
Seating wasn't particularly comfortable, and no power plugs, so not really a place to sit and do work for any longer than necessary.

I ordered some soup and it takes 30mins for them to put it in a bowl. The employees are ok but the manager seems very angry and she is very loud. Then I see it takes them 1hr to fill a online order so DO NO MAKE ANY ONLINE ORDERS FROM THIS STORE.

I ordered through GrubHub the order came without one of my items missing the cream of tomato soup, the apple sent was brown and oozing with liquid coming out clearly rotten. Anyone can see it. Why would they send something like that to a customer

I live less than a mile away, therefore I frequently visit this place.
I waited over 20 minutes for this dry, half-empty mac and cheese for $9.24. Definitely a disappointment

Employees were nice but we got no greeting when we entered. We ordered from the kiosk because there's no cashier. Didn't have a restroom for customers.

I think Panera is a great business, why? Clean, delicious, friendly and economical, what more could you want?

Literally don't eat here. Worst eating experience. Walked in and had to order on a machine in an empty store with little to no seating. Was asked for a tip for ordering on a machine and even had to make my own bread bowl which is something I've never experienced at a Panera bread before. I was given the food as I was expected to leave in a bag and no tray. The soup and bread bowl were separate. I had to rip open my bread bowl and dig it out my self before pouring the soup in. The person even forgot my croutons. The cherry on top was after going this establishment over 13 dollars of service there was still no bathroom for customers to use. I have no idea why as consumers we find this acceptable behavior of any food establishment. Don't eat here.

No idea what’s going on in the kitchen here. I’ve been a few times now, giving the benefit of the doubt, and am consistently baffled that it takes 20+ mins for them to put soup in a bowl.
