Left Us waiting more than 10 Minutes. They need more help. They are also stocking items while getting in the way of customer. Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund because of how long it was and the manager Jonathan Flores more than glad to not make it right or access why we were leaving he just took the action to give us out with money and dismissed us. Please be careful and stay away from shopping here unless you have more than 30 minutes to waste.

Service is great but their coffee is good when fresh but they need to stay on top of the freshness? I start work at 6am and arrive at Panera around 5:30. Their coffee is luke warm. It never taste fresh. I can count on my hands how many times I had fresh coffee from panera which is sad. Excellent fresh coffee, but they don't remake it enough. It sits out for hours and they dont change it. Atleast make fresh coffee when it aligns with people work shifts. Sadly McDonald's has better coffee. Which is sad to say.

Maria was the best made my day after a the longest hospital stay. She seriously went about and beyond and truly thank her for her kindness. Needs to not go un noticed. Truly one of a kind. Will travel states to just come back for her professionalism. Thanks so much

Waited over 15 minutes and counting for my sandwich they were prepping salads instead of making the orders. If I would’ve known it would take this long I would’ve walked to Mc Donald’s

I was there two weeks ago, I ordered on machine, then I asked them how long wait for, I can’t wait that long ,so I request to cancel right the way, the guys confirmed my mane, said I would cancel , they didn’t give me receipt, I thought they canceled but not. When I found out on my credit card payment, it pissed me off, no more there
This should be flagged as a stand, not as a full location. You can't get most of the drinks that are available at regular locations.

We ordered catering from them and the order came from Panera at 28th and second. I confirmed 2 days ahead and was told all was fine and the day before called and was told that my order was transferred (to 28 st.) The order came late and incomplete. That is forgivable but the staff argued that the order was complete and was very rude when we called trying to fix the problem. Finally an hour later the remainder of the order came. No one we spoke to wanted to give their names. The order was not inexpensive and the service was a huge disappointment! I won’t use that location in the future!

This review is about the panera near the first avenue entrance. The Guy who works there during the week in the morning is miserable and has a serious attitude period II don't know if hes just a miserable person or if hes just really unhappy that he works for panera period if you greet him, he will act like he never heard you. He will hand you your order never crack a smile will not say thank you and will not reply to you if you say thank you to him. He should really go and find a job where he does not have to interact with any people.I have stopped coming to this location, unless I have no other option, all because of this miserable guy and his bad nasty attitude.

It's a waste to have this restaurant here, all the pastries are dry, hard and/or stale. They only offer coffee, bag tea or non sweeten ice tea. So all their special drinks are non exsistant here, including their chai lattes or caffeine fruit drink
The employee JASMINE was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. I asked for help and The manager didn’t pull her to the side to tell her about her customer service skills. She completely ignored me and refused to at least apologize. The manager did help me with my order but I’m completely flabbergasted by this experience. Especially in a hospital.

There is a tall big guy name Jacob attitude was horrible and he had a miserable way of speaking to me and others my food didn’t even come until after 20 mins I asked him and he said that’s the kitchen this place needs to get it together I was rooting for you guys
