I wouldn't recommend this particular location for business. The quality is clearly not apar with the price or the franchise's name. Either the cook is not properly trained or they're cutting corners (costs) by reducing portion size. Just ordered a 16" and the the thickness of the pie was barely enough to allow it to exist, minimum mass, sauce ? and cheese ?. It'd be funny if I hadn't paid for it. Below a picture. Hopefully it improves or just changes management ?

Say what you will about big-chain pizza, but few other places nearby lets you feed a family of six with under $20... kind of a big deal if you have kids! Not brick oven, but quality is consistent. Never had a problem with an order.

I would not recommend this place of business. I ordered a XL three topping pizza. The employee who prepared it did not close the box correctly and cause part of a couple pizza pizzas and the crust closed down onto the crust with air hitting it and it’s a 10 minute walk there and back. So I told awared the female employee running the cashier position and she said that the pizza maker made it too big and it doesn’t fit in the box. She apologized and I still wanted remade. She forced it on me. When I got home to eat with my wife we both complained about half the pizza being dry and hard. Terrible service. It’s better to stick with NYC style pizza. I learned my lesson once again.

Big Papa's the spot when ur headed home, after work & its to late to either eat heavy or cook up something urself. The night crew there's great. Quick to accommodate ur requests Foods always fresh & delicious. I would recommend this spot to everyone!
I'm not a fan of Papa John's anyway, but my brother wanted to get some for his birthday. They had previously messed up a pizza order for him. He had ordered 2 supremes but they gave him plain pizzas. That was a while ago. To me, fool me once: shame on you; fool me twice: shame on me. But my brother wanted to order from them again. Besides, they had sent him an email to credit him a pizza (although they messed up on 2). He tried to get the credit but it was not straightforward. He tried to call the store and they said he had to call the manager at a different number. We called and texted and finally got him after 30 minutes of frustration. He called the store to authorize the free pizza. My brother ordered another supreme. Guess what came? Plain cheese! He didn't want to complain yet again but I was irritated on his behalf. To mess up 3 pizzas?! Come one!

Decent pizza with a bit of a marked up price in my opinion. Not what I would like to pay for this quality. Delivery is usually smooth with little no issue. My favorite item to order is the Meat Lovers with a ranch dipping sauce.

I wish I could give a half a star review. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and there was barely any cheese on it. And the way they sliced it was HORRIBLE. My photos should be enough to suffice that there was no care put into making my pie. I haven't eaten Papa John's in 11 years and after tonight, I can see why I stayed away for so long and will continue to stay away and just go to the nearest Dominos. Dominos never disappoints

The small papa Jhon I seeing in my life in New York city they have alot of opportunities one separate customer pick up to the incoming customers also reduced customers waiting line.. they said 15 minutes and I wait 45 minutes because online customer customers took my ? pizza ty
