I walked into that store and it was dirty and there was wrappers all over the ground , the workers were very disrespectful towards me. That’s not all , after i got home from picking up a large cheese pizza , i lifted up a slice and there was ants under it. One of my kids ate it and he has autism and has panic attacks when he sees insects , he started crying and gagging from it. When i confronted the manager about this , he hung up in my face. This is the worst Papa John’s on the planet!! And i will be calling the health department tomorrow to complain about this.

first of all when I first walked in the atmosphere was HORRIBLE it was dirty and smelly up in there , second of all I found LIVE ANTS UNDER MY PIZZA! mind you my kids and I already ate several slices and when I called there was a man that I fear slightly had an attitude but eventually he adjusted but then when I got admitted to the manger and complained all he did was HANG UP IN MY FACE horrible service and I will be contacting the health department

My visit was for nostalgic reasons and therefore a grand slam. My thin crust meat lovers pizza had sufficient meat, sauce, and cheese. It was warm and exactly what I was craving. My only complaint is the slicing of the pizza pie into so many small pieces but a wonderful job otherwise. The price was unbeatable.

This place is so unorganized , it makes no sense. Placed an order on Super Bowl Sunday at around 5:45 pm for delivery. Informed the delivery would arrive between 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm. I was perfectly alright with the wait , due to it being a sports time. At 8 pm , when i noticed still not delivery, went to pick it up. Food was not ready. Once i finally received my order , the printed label stated my order was completed at 6: 49 pm. They was aware , it would get real busy , they should have just turned off the Uber eats app and did pick up phone orders only. Gentlemen that was helping with the register had on shades and it was dark outside. very strange.
Here is some ideas to improve this establishment
Have all Uber eats / door dash delivery people wait outside. Customer service rep that can speak with confidence ad not talking so slow. Get a microphone system to call out the names of the orders. Have a cashier that has some type of positive approach and willingness to assist.

I ordered pizza from here on Uber Eats and when the delivery man came I saw the food and it wasn’t even my order and I called Papas John’s about it and they were no help and they claimed it was my order when it wasn’t $35 down the drain and getting and getting someone entire order and not mine Unacceptable!!!

You'll do better calling ahead to place your order. This is very busy location for deliveries. If you walk in during peak hours, plan on a 15 - 30 minute wait for your order.
Parking: Street parking only. Walk in or get delivery. If you drive up, good luck. NYPD Traffic patrols the area regularly. Have a driving passenger with you.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible. The staff will set up a ramp for wheelchair entry.
