Small little spot in the front of a hotel lobby. We got a chai latte and the Es-yen latte, and both were on the sweeter side. I liked the Es-yen as I enjoy sweet drinks and the flavor wasn't as watered down as the (lots of) ice melted, though I wasn't given the option for iced or hot and didn't realize until later when I got an iced drink on a 30° day. The chai was a lot sweeter though and my friend only made it through half of it before throwing the rest away....
The atmosphere is amazing, coffee is incredible overall exceptional.
Pastries are about as good as they get in NYC, but the Crossaint falls well short of standard in France. The only negative really.

Service is timely and there are a variety of coffee/drink options. Tried their peppermint mocha and was quite disappointed with it. The peppermint was too strong and had no mocha flavor at all. It actually also drowned out the espresso. Drank very little and unfortunately had to discard which was such a waste.
