After waiting hour and half and finding out 4-6 tour buses have a contract with you, that can go before the waiting, outside customers..I find this unfair practice. We could not even go to the bar, no one was allowed in, even after the 1130 opening time, until 1230, we left! Change your idea of maybe having reservations.
we were one of the first customers. our waiter only came to our table about 4 times. we told her the hot chocolate was not hot and flavorless. she did nothing about it. 2 meals came out like 15 min after we ordered. the other 2 like 40 min. we finished and had to ask other servers like 4 times for our check while our waiter just stood around. food was OK nothing special deserts were great.
We waited 30 mins to get seated with a reservation, then were told that they were out of fries and salmon and many sodas. Server was very nice. But we had to leave. Total bummer !
They were not staffed properly for the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We waited 30 minutes beyond our reservation and when we finally got in there were lots of empty tables
Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Drinks and food were delicious. Our server was super busy, but very polite.
Terrible organization and service. They gave us their seasonal drink menu but it didn't start yet???. It was just a terrible experience with too many nuances to list. I wouldn't go back unless I had six hours to waste between standing in line, regardless of reservations, and waiting for a server to take an order. Not worth the hype
Not organized, reservation line was mixed with non reservation people, someone claimed to be our party and took our table. Service was very slow, ordered apps after a bit of a wait, then never saw original server, waited 25 minutes after finishing apps for someone to come back around to order dessert (no entree at this visit) and gave up waiting and ran out of time at that point to get your next destination. Holiday decor looks great, but need to give attention to other parts of the building, broken and crooked lamps on wall, looks dirty. Not impressed to comeback.
We loved our time! However it was quite chilly inside the restaurant and the check in process was quite chaotic with standing outside in line.
Ambiance is 10 out of 10!! Decor for Christmas is 10! Food is probably a 2. Nothing great or special. They ran out of seasonal vegetables. My side salad was just lettuce. No basil on capresse salad. Just ehh. Service was a 3. Understaffed.
I was dissapointed that they did not have any of the holiday drinks. However, all the decorations were up. The holiday decorations is what makes this place amazing. I didn't have food but I did have the apple crumble cake which was delicious. Overall, it's a beautiful place to enjoy the holiday season if you are coming for the view.

Went for the experience of Christmas and none of the Christmas items that were listed on the menu that stated it was starting 21 November were being served. We were told that it was not starting until December 1. And talking with other people who had gone prior to this day, they were served the Christmas items. I'm discussing with the manager. He was very rude and unsympathetic.
Love the Christmas decor! The interior is worth the trip alone. Burger and salad were both good.
We had an 11:45 am reservation on the Saturday morning before Thanksgiving, the first day of the restaurant's Christmas decor so it was definitely busy with a line out the door just to check in. But I did not expect it to take 20 minutes just to order once we were at our table, and over an HOUR to get our food. Our waitress was very apologetic and it wasn't her fault but we had 2pm theater tickets, which we mentioned, and ended up practically running to the theater to make it with literally 1 minute to spare before the curtain went up. The food, for the record, was quite good, so there's that, and the decor made for some fun pics. But if you have anywhere to be after your reservation, be warned!
It was definitely beautifully decorated, but we would not go back. Our waiter was very inattentive and we also did not receive what we ordered. We read similar reviews before going, but gave it a shot regardless. The food was sub par at best. I would recommend Valerie or Madame George for a much better food and cocktail experience as well as holiday decor for similar pricing.
Traveled from Philadelphia with our 2 young kids for the experience. When we sat down, we were informed by our server that the fryer was broken so they couldn't make half of the items on the menu. Disappointing since that left next to nothing for the kids an we had waited over a month for these reservations. Overall, the ambiance was wonderful and we had a good time, and hope next time the fryer is working!
