Thank you for making our time in NYC so enjoyable and easy. We came up from North Carolina to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college and were staying in a nearby hotel. Our reservation for 8 people was easily booked in advance; we were promptly seated; staff was polite and attentive; everything from cocktails to coffee was excellent. Again, thank you for making our last evening in NYC so special for our family and friends.

By far the loudest place I've ever eaten. I am not a complainer, but this was horrible. Met a friend I haven't seen in a while, and we had to SHOUT to hear one another. We could not hear our server either. There was not one but two private events taking place and we were seated right in the middle of it all. We spoke to the hostess who did not reseat us elsewhere or offer anything other than an apology. What a shame. The food was great. I will not return.

Food was delicious. I got the steak, my friend got the salmon. Everything was perfect I just wish the service was a little faster. It seemed like there was only one waitress for the entire second floor. That is never good. Especially during the lunch rush IN NYC. Creme Brule Cheesecake was AMAZING!! Overall, a great experience.

This multi level French brasserie caught our eye by sheer luck! I love the beautiful entrance to the restaurant very colorful. They have a full bar service and a live opera on Saturday nights. Our server Jorge G. Was so helpful and engaging. I think he sensed it was our time here! We ordered the seared salmon and croque monsieur and truffle fries because why not!

Thought we were going to have a table with regular food menues but they sat us by the bar. with limited space and only serving bar food. Had a dinner scheduled with a client so was not ideal, we only had drinks with light appetizers but had to find another spot for a proper dinner. Didn't realize the place didn't serve regular menu.

*HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The restaurant’s webSite states “we can do walk ins approximate wait 35-45 mins but no reservations…but the staff especially the manager is rude and condescending! DROVE FOR 3 hours to be treated like garbage after waiting 30 mins to see if they would allow us to sit! There were empty tables and at least 20 diners that left!!! ! If you have a policy posted follow it!!!! I recommend you go somewhere else they don’t deserve business!

Had a great pre Christmas lunch at this busy place. The decorations were great and added to the mood. I think the menu could have add some Christmas cocktails or specials to go with the decor but other than that and long wait outside to get in we had no complaints at all!

I am disappointed after our visit. I paid $18 for just 2 slices of tomato and mozzarella called "Caprese Salad". Not to forget that it adds up to more than $20 including tax and tip...
Of course, the decoration is great and you have to consider the time and costs behind it. But that still does not justify those prices

This place was amazing! So festive and the drinks are amazing. We were so lucky to have Jorge as our waiter, he’s the true definition of extraordinary customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly. He had the patience to explain the menu and really took the time to understand what we liked and wanted. Will definitely come back. ❤️❤️❤️🎄🎄

We ordered steak sandwich & friend chicken sandwich.
We asked the waitress if the chicken sandwich was a hamburger. It wasn’t, it was brown on the inside & sloppy, we sent it back.
Drinks were good. I would recommend skipping the food & going to the bar.
