We had a DoorDash pickup that was quite awful. The bread is ok, quite on par with other Paris baguette. But the coffee was awful. We had two cup latte and they basically had no flavor, just like water with milk. Really bad.

Disappointing welcome, with a saleswoman with a particularly haughty attitude. I ordered a coffee without any flavor, far from the experience and quality of a real Parisian café. An experience that doesn't make you want to come back.

I will never return here. Tonight was an experience like no other. The staff is very confused and appears to have selective hearing. I had to repeat myself over 5 times to the barista. The other Hispanic male was so focused on cleaning and not customer service. In fact he spilled a bucket of sanitizer, I got all over my brand new suit and MacBook. My sandwich was lukewarm and to add insult to injury, the same cleaning staff member told us he was closing the dining area a hour earlier than closing time to clean. Customers should not have to watch as the employee prep the store for closing it feels unwelcoming. On top all that cleaning the store was clutter with garbage and wet floors signs. Customer service is not a priority here.

If I could give extra stars I would! From the ambiance of the place to the custom service & treats, just amazing. This was only my second time here but hasn’t failed me yet lol Angel & William amazing as well, super sweet, funny & helped me pick out some pretty good treats & drink. I came in for 1 donut & left with 2 donuts , a cream/fruit tart & a chai latte (so good btw) ? thank you guys so much
