Can't rate the catering that our clients never received. We spent over $140 dollars not including tip for catering for our company presentation.
The delivery was supposed to be at 9:45AM today and instead of a conformation text of my order delivery they sent a cancellation text instead.
Now they are screening my calls and let me just say this is not the first location to pull this stunt with our company but it will be the last. I will make sure no one in this office building even looks PBs way and then some.
Paris baguette has become a total embarrassment of a company and they should hang their head well below their knees. A complete disgrace.

Never preorder any delivery from this place, I ordered 4 cakes 24 hours in advance of my event and paid online AND paid a delivery fee of $35. I tried to call them to confirm the day of and no one would answer the phone from 9am to 4pm. Once the delivery arrived they legit gave me ONE cake and it wasn’t even the correct cake but whatever cake was left over that day????? I would’ve been better off ordering literally an hour before my event via uber eats like what the heck???? Why even put delivery on the website as an option? No refund has even been issued yet to my card, you’re just gonna charge me full price for a completely incorrect order? And they still won’t answer the phone. Would email work better? Please let me know.

The friendliest workers I have seen in the Paris Baguette chain! Delicious cappuccino without caffeine, you won’t notice the difference in taste!

The food is good and the employees are nice. I like to order ahead on the app but whenever I go to pick up my order, it hasn't even been started on. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. They ran out of the sandwich I ordered by the time I got there yesterday

Worst location of Paris Baguette I've been to.Food is sub par for the prices, they taste like they have been in the fridge for a week. Not worth itThe first time I went, what seemed like the manager was mopping the place 2 hours ahead of their closing time. I was trying to eat my sandwich but the fumes and smell of the chemicals made it unbearable to continue eating.I went back in today for a coffee and the girl behind the counter had both headphones in carrying on a whole phonecall while attending to guests. She gave someone the wrong order and had to run out after them, leaving the whole store unattended.The tables are NEVER wiped down in between uses either.Overall it is not a location I will be going back to. They sorely need to reevaluate their attention to detail.

I love Paris Baguette food. But this place is not well organized or maintained. They need more staff to keep the place running and clean.I went to buy few pastries on my way home today. There were no paper to put on the tray, no tongs. The signs/price tags for each pastry, some were misplaced, some were missing.The lady at the register didn't greet me, didn't respond when I said "Hello", or "To go, please." She put the pastries in the paper bag and said to me "For here or to go?" I replied, "To go, please."I didn't tip her. IMO, she was not doing what deserved to be tipped. She simply did the minimum thing she had to do, nothing more than that. If I was given better customer service, I would have tipped.So I selected [NO TIP] button this time, then she scowled at me.She looked so frustrated and irritated.Tip is a reward for a good service. She didn't give me that. And with that attitude, actually she made my shopping experience horrible.I will return to that store for pastries, but I may avoid going there when she is at the register.
