The food is absolutely delicious, and the coffee is excellent. The pricing, in my opinion, is incredibly fair for the quality you get. The staff at this branch, in particular, are so welcoming and friendly. It's near my language school, and I stop by for coffee almost every day. I love this place and highly recommend it. I love paris baguette for their pastries and I've tried the tiramisu cake a long time ago and it was really good. I order the cake and it was a little disappointing it barely had any bread it was mostly cream it was overwhelming I also missed the chocolate dust they used to put on it instead of huge pieces of chocolate shavings. I hope they change their recipe becuase not kidding it has a lot of cream you can see the picture how thick is the cream on the outer layers the middle was really good wish it had more.

Very consistent location. I live nearby and have gone many many times over the years we’ve been here. Food is consistent and always yummy, and I love trying their seasonal stuff. Coffee is pretty decent. I will say I’m not a fan of their cakes. Service is always great, greeted with a smile and always have a pleasant experience.

The coffee is fair, thin, needs improvement. Closer to taste, texture, of French cafe would be fabulous. I go to a cafe across the street for better Americano, for one. Hope about better decaf? You’d get more age groups. Most staff needs decaf training, haha!! Many. new ones don’t know how to make it, say no then yes when experienced staff shows how.
Sandwiches and salads have too much cheese or eggs with cholesterol. The only really good tasting sandwich on whole wheat is turkey avocado , never had egg salad so don’t know. Tuna, chicken, too spicy. You used to have turkey avocado apple on French bread. Why gone?

Love this neighborhood PB. I show up early every morning for the same order, and Bertin always knows exactly what to make—large decaf nonfat latte (otherwise known as a “why bother”). Bertin is so friendly and professional and we always have a great morning chat! Weiwen and Lexie, also on staff at this location, are so kind and also just extremely professional, always amazing. So lucky to have this place where many regulars go for the great treats and social hangout. I dine in AND take out!

We always come here but today the experience experience was not as we expected. They always have nice and professional people but today at the register I got all my donuts shoved into a bag. When I requested a box he made a face like he just gulped sour milk. I understand you don't want to walk to grab the box but you need to offer me quality for the price I pay, especially if I leave tip. Otherwise I can bag my own stuff. Bags should be for a donut, maximum two. Not 3 and not shoved left and right
