Staff is lovely!
The coffee is fair, thin, needs improvement. Closer to taste, texture, of French cafe would be fabulous. I go to a cafe across the street for better Americano, for one. Hope about better decaf? You’d get more age groups. Most staff needs decaf training, haha!! Many. new ones don’t know how to make it, say no then yes when experienced staff shows how.
Sandwiches and salads have too much cheese or eggs with cholesterol. The only really good tasting sandwich on whole wheat is turkey avocado , never had egg salad so don’t know. Tuna, chicken, too spicy. You used to have turkey avocado apple on French bread. Why gone?

Employees like Christina and Danny should be everywhere. Although this place has nonstop traffic during morning rush hour, these two are so calm and sweet. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They both were super helpful. Thank you both so much!

Love this neighborhood PB. I show up early every morning for the same order, and Bertin always knows exactly what to make—large decaf nonfat latte (otherwise known as a “why bother”). Bertin is so friendly and professional and we always have a great morning chat! Weiwen and Lexie, also on staff at this location, are so kind and also just extremely professional, always amazing. So lucky to have this place where many regulars go for the great treats and social hangout. I dine in AND take out!

We always come here but today the experience experience was not as we expected. They always have nice and professional people but today at the register I got all my donuts shoved into a bag. When I requested a box he made a face like he just gulped sour milk. I understand you don't want to walk to grab the box but you need to offer me quality for the price I pay, especially if I leave tip. Otherwise I can bag my own stuff. Bags should be for a donut, maximum two. Not 3 and not shoved left and right

Butter croissant today and brought it home, made coffee and bid into the pastry. Hard as a rock this is definitely a day old and I will never go back to this place. What kind of bakery puts out day old bread?

This was by far the FILTHIEST location I have ever visited.The floors were covered in paper products; the bathroom was worse than a gas station's; the checkout counter was covered with smeared stains. The utensil station looked as if a family of racoons just had brawled there. Also, two of the staff members were seriously lacking communication skills. One young woman at the counter was mumbling for me to hold up my phone to scan for my rewards. I also asked for a bag to take my ONE pastry with me and she pointed to a bag! The food was tasty, however. Seriously, this particular location needs to get its act together. It definitely does not uphold the quality associated with the Paris Baguette brand. Management seemed to be no one where in sight. This location makes Dunkin Donuts look like the Russian tea room!
