I ordered the Dennis on a hero roll. That sandwich was humongous! You easily could have two bills out of it and three if you’re pushing it. Definitely worth the value and it was delicious. I ordered ahead of time and called it and picked it up. Old school Italian shop. Definitely a great place if you want a sub if you’re local or a tourist.

These stupid drivers drive recklessly swerved between lanes without signaling almost crashing into cars and pedestrians

You can’t beat the prices, sandwich sizes, or quality. I had a #3 and it was delicious. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and that it was made with care.

Top notch. Went there for lunch got a No.3 Chicken Cutlet on a roll , garlic and red peppers, doused in oil. Loved every bite

Underrated delight of manhattan. Right over the bridge, got my sandwich in a roll but honestly the Hero could feed two people.

Crazy good. Freshly made right there over the counter

A bakery with history of serving lower Manhattan for over a hundred years. The bread is fresh and very tasty. The sandwich menu offers a variety of quality ingredients that hit the spot. Every time!

Stumbled across this place and I’m so glad I found it! This was my last meal before catching my flight back home and it was amazing! I ordered the number 2 on a roll and it was huge. Delicious sandwiches!

Went on Tuesday 8/26 during their business hours intending to grab a sandwich for lunch, only to realize they weren’t open without any explanation or notice. Way to respect your customers. Will not return.

Made a special trip out only to find they’re closed today. Website, google, and yelp all said they’re open. Would be respectful to at least post something somewhere to give people a head’s up.
