Upscale place with great set menu’s to select from. Seasonally changes but the food is great irrespective of whichever season. Has a pretty good bar area as well.

My family of four went to park avenue autumn for thanksgiving last year and this year. Last year was awesome- food and service were great. This year, we got to the restaurant at 6 pm and were seated immediately. However, we waited for over 2 hours for our entree. The restaurant was COMPLETELY understaffed and overbooked. Overall would not recommend.

Incredible food! And I love how everything changes with the season.

My favorite restaurant in the city. Patiently awaiting rabbit wellington to be back on the menu!

I dined here during restaurant week with a few friends and I have to say the hospitality at Park Avenue Winter was easily one of the top restaurant experiences I have had. The waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu and overall this added to the dining experience. Our water was refilled right away without asking and our food arrived on time and the recommendations on dishes were great. The food was also amazing!!! First we had complimentary watermelon cubes with hot sauce and the watermelon was designed to look like flowers in a pot (presentation was so cute), and the watermelon tasted really nice with the different sauces. The bread was also so early and fresh. For apps I ordered the burrata and peaches and that combination is so genius! For entree I ordered a chicken and squash dish which was also pretty good, but I think I preferred the salmon dish my friend got. We ordered one of each of the desserts listed on the menu and the waiter brought out complimentary ice cream (I believe he might have heard us wanting an ice cream option). Overall all the food was tasty and beautifully presented out. Definitely picture worthy and the decor inside the restaurant was breathtaking. I would definitely come back!

I've been here numerous times when I was living in NYC and have always had a great experience. The food is delicious and the service is really good. Can't wait for them to reopen. Park Avenue is on the top of my list when I visit NY again.

An nyc institution with a seasonal ever changing menu and elegant decor. Im always blown away by the food - go with the wine tasting too and you won't regret it!

GREAT and fancy atmosphere, and not to mention the pure pleasure of fine dining. Very healthy and delicately arranged food with affordable price ( it was restaurnt week). Waffle trouffle fries was a bit salty though.

I didn’t find the seasonal thing all that special, but the food was excellent and the service was attentive. Overall pretty creative menu worth the step up to $40 on average per plate. House wine selections were good for the price. I work in the area and will definitely be back. I had a great Mexican tuna ceviche (vs Peruvian, which doesn’t have avocados) follow by a supremely well prepared halibut, including a poached egg. Everyone at the table praised the food so I think this for the moment a very reliable spot. The coat check wasn’t immediately apparent to me, and the waitress took my long overcoat. I was pleased as I feel like coat checks are in decline.Check it out if you can.

Came for Restaurant Week Winter 2020 and had a wonderful time! The short rib was UNBELIEVABLY tender and I reveled in every bite I took!

Huge restaurant that doesn't feel large, except for the noise. Despite the size the tables were still quite close. Nice winter decor in the dining room. Enjoyed a drink at the at while waiting for the rest of our party which was nice.Aside from a few service issues, the night was great.

Enjoyed brunch here ordering the standardized priced brunch; I believe $44/pp for two drinks, an entree, and an appetizer per person. I thought it was a really good deal especially considering the thought and taste of the dishes. Drinks were really good as well. Staff super friendly, which is always a plus. Will come back

I know this is a clever kind of theme restaurant, but I really can't say that the food is over the top. Most entrees are quite expensive, and the quality is good. Each season the theme changes, so be prepared. No matter - the location and space itself is beautiful.

On the night of March 14th, they only kept the main dining room open, and closed the other 2 smaller dining areas, which I thought was very dangerous during this COVID-19 pandemic crisis. There were a lot of people dining in the restaurant that night, and I just felt we were all too packed in together in the main dining room, which I repeat - is not healthy and not following the guidelines issued by the CDC , WHO & NYS Department of Health. They should've kept the other 2 dining rooms open, so that patrons could be seated further away from each, (3-6ft. distance), not be packed-in like sardines!
