Came here twice as we are staying at the hotel. Awful experience both times. First time, they accidentally gave our order to another table so had to wait nearly an hour for food. Second time, they forgot to place one of the orders so my mother got her meal and I got my plate 30minutes later.

Service was slow (seemed understaffed for the # of guests plus cranking out room service orders)
Food was decent. Nice atmosphere though with either the roomy atrium setting or the "living ceiling" of plants.

Had two very good breakfasts here. The food is clearly very high quality, though the menu options are perhaps a bit traditional. The staff members (Felipe and Andrew) are very helpful and friendly. Service was fairly prompt and the atmosphere was great. Surprisingly good coffee—both drip and espresso drinks.

Super slow service and extremely overpriced food. Only go here if it’s free to you and you’ve got plenty of time to burn.
Nice and coozy bar, however the service is really bad and slowSafety: No security everyone can enterWalkability: Lots of people walking across the barFood & drinks: Nice cheese bad chips
The only positive aspects are that the hotel is really central and the rooms are good but unfortunately that's about it.For breakfast we had to wait 25-30 minutes for a table even though we had booked breakfast. There is a small selection of breakfast, but that's ok.Unfortunately, most of the MAs are unskilled or only semi-skilled.I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel.Try something different.

Rude staffs- always busy for nothing and ignore customers’ requests. 20% enforced gratitude fee doesn’t make any sense for this kind of services.Poor management - there were bunch of available tables inside but no manager in charge and they kept 15+ people for different groups waiting at entrance for 20+ minutes without even asking how many people are in each group. It feels like they just want everyone to leave if they don’t seat people.Way over priced foods.

Very chic atmosphere. Good coffee, delicious breakfast. However, very large portions and cannot be compared with a European breakfast. Bring hunger!

Service is too slow
Our room was comfortable, spacious, and light with lovely retro-mod furnishings. The service team for both the room and the lobby restaurant were top notch - and our waiter even entertained my nine year old with magic tricks! The Central Park south location was perfect for us since it was only a 10 minute walk to the playground and space to run around. And guess what - when I realized after check out that I’d left something behind, the hotel staff retained it in their lost and found and even sent it to me. Fantastic service like this in every area is a rarity these days, and it’s so nice to have a stay with a hotel that takes it to heart. We look forward to our next visit!
Great stay and great location. Room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. Fantastic service at reception but not the best experience in Bridges bar. Hopefully this was a one off and overall a great hotel!
worst experience ever. dirty room not appropriate for a 4 star hotel which makes it overpriced. not to mention that I had to change the room several times due to the dirty room. wouldn't recommend it for this price at all.
This was my first time staying at this hotel. I was very please with everything. Room was well appointed and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient to almost anything via walking or public transportation
