Food is pretty good but here to say that Orlando is the best and made our breakfast experience memorable. Lovely conversation and so funny. Thanks Orlando!

Terrible service, for 2 days in a row it took more than 45 min from the kitchen to bring the food after ordering. I could understand if it happened one day, but now twice.

My family and I had breakfast here was not expecting too much but the Service blew me away....Food was really good but Orlando Campos was amazing! Made it a real experience....he is courteous, kind and an Encyclopedia! Thank you Orlando for recognizing us, teaching us and serving us! We will come back because of you!

Food was tasty and service was good. Unfortunately they can’t handle rush hour traffic. They took an entire hour to prepare a salad and spaghetti. Prepare to wait or go during off hours.

Slow, inattentive service with mismatched furniture. The food is fine but laughably expensive even by hotel standards.

Edit: the server just helpfully refilled my cup of gritty, sad coffee without noticing or changing the cup.

Despite being a little skeptical based on the other reviews, we decided to use our breakfast credit here during our stay. We tried the Benedict, egg sandwich, and omelet, in addition to coffee drinks and fresh fruit. All the food and drinks were good, the fruit and berries in particular were great for the time of year. Service was a little terse, but we got what we needed and didn't have to wait long for our orders. Would definitely come back if we stay at the hotel again with a breakfast credit.

Only ate here because the hotel gives a $40/person allowance per person for breakfast. Took 30 minutes to get water, did not get our orders right - I waited another 20 minutes for an omelette and someone else waited an additional 10 for a side order of bacon. Server did not check after food was delivered to make sure the orders were correct. Food itself met expectations.

We came in for a quick drink before a meeting….and got scammed by the server. I guess she thought we were tourists. Big mistake.
We asked for the house wine. $10.00. Available from 3 pm to 6 pm. She turned the page to the wine selections. This is our selection. We selected. We get the billed she charged us $20 for the “ house wine”. We questioned her. She had the audacity to tell us that they don’t serve house wine during the Christmas season. Never mentioned that when taking the order. Spoke to the manager. We were late to the meeting so couldn’t wait for a refund. The server is obviously a liar. Problem is we are in the hospitality industry in NYC. She would have gotten a good gratuity regardless. Don’t have to scam for a better tip. Such a shame. Was our go to place in the hood. Bye

Came here twice as we are staying at the hotel. Awful experience both times. First time, they accidentally gave our order to another table so had to wait nearly an hour for food. Second time, they forgot to place one of the orders so my mother got her meal and I got my plate 30minutes later.
