The bartender who worked the evening of March 15th was extremely rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. My party of two checked in with the host as we were a couple of mins earlier to our rez and she said we can wait at the bar. We headed to the bar which was pretty empty, I looked over at the bartender a couple of times as we sat down and he pretty much ignored us. Fine. We were sitting and chatting for about 10-15 mins and another customer came and sat down right next to me and immediately the bartender greeted him warmly, gave him a menu and water and made him a cocktail. I think he can sense we were put off as we did not get the same treatment at all. All he said to us was "how long?" as in how long until our reservation. No hi, no how are you, no what can I get you? I said 4 mins. Mind you the host was continuously checking in with us so it wasn't as if we were there for no reason. I asked if WE could get an iced water, he brought only one which I don't understand bc it's obvious it was a party of two. I asked for another one and then he gave me another one. I don't know what his problem is, if its because we were two young ladies and he thought we were not paying customers or taking up space in the bar even though it was not full or because we were women of color as he treated the man next to me much nicely as that man was white but he needs to check himself. I will say the host and server we had were great and attentive.

The food was very good and the service from our server was pleasant. We sat down and ordered apps, and were waiting on them and to order entrees, as we were expecting an additional person. 10 mins we were at the table at this point. But then, a woman, who I believe to have been a manager, asked if we were waiting to order and when we said we were expecting an additional person, she made a comment saying they were annoyed we’d been there for over an hour. We corrected her saying it’d been 10 mins, but from there on it seemed our service was rushed along..our dishes were cleared almost immediately following last bites and it just felt like they were trying to get us to leave. Considering we were probably in the restaurant a total of an hour between apps, entrees and dessert, it was super annoying that they felt we were wasting their time.

Super friendly staff and hostess!
Truly felt like a warm and cozy meal at home. Food was delicious, and the whole time we were met with friendliness and incredible service. This will be my go-to whenever I am in the area!

The pasta was cold and pretty bland. The Caesar salad was great. The service was great. Very nice and considerate. Likely wouldn’t be back as there are better Italian places.

Stopped by Parm on a Saturday and was able to be seated right away without a reservation. The staff was super and the service was awesome. The food was delicious from start to finish. We opted for the eggplant parm, garlic bread deluxe and chicken parm. 10/10!

If 0 stars were allowed I would give 0 stars. Below is the feedback I shared with Resy. I’d also add that on a Saturday night this place was jammed with children and strollers, so if you’re looking for a date night spot I don’t think this is your place.
I wish I had anything good to say, sadly I don’t. The restaurant was LOUD. And hot. Using our menus as fans hot. One bathroom for the entire restaurant meant a consistently long line and a disgusting toilet, which was covered in urine. It was a full 15 minutes after seating before we were met by a server to order beverages. My companion ordered a sparkling rosé, which turned out to be not sparkling. She then had to argue with the server who insisted it was sparkling, only to return later in the meal and admit it was her “bad” and not sparkling. The lettuce in the Caesar salad was probably past its due date. The fried mozzarella was undercooked and the marinara sauce was reminiscent of something from a jar. The vodka sauce was thick and unappetizing, and tasted as such. The chicken parm and eggplant parm were not terrible, but tasted like something I would make at home and I am far from a chef. The food came and we didn’t have silverware and had to chase someone down to get some.
Overall I would say this was the worst dining experience I have ever had in New York. In all honestly, we should have sent everything back as it was truly painful to pay for this meal. Hugely disappointed and will not be back.

I had high expectations for this Italian restaurant, unfortunately they were not completely met. The food was very aesthetically appealing and definitely "instagrammable", but in taste rather mediocre and bland. The sauces did not have the depth and intensity that I would expect from an authentic Italian restaurant. The service was friendly, but that alone isn't enough to make up for the taste experience. It's a shame, because the potential was definitely there. Maybe it was just a hiccup.

Love their food and this review should be a 5, but don't expect to order in advance with a specific pick up time for it to be ready by then. Called at 3 for pickup order at 6, but waited almost 30 minutes after arriving 5 minutes before 6. They probably just forgot my order until I arrived. I get it, it was valentines day and they're busy but I also requested a pick up by 6 because I had somewhere to be...

Always have such a good experience here when I’m visiting NYC. This was my first time at the UWS location and I loved it.

Very solid, sandwiches were quite good. Got both chicken parm and meatball parm and couldn’t complain about either, flavorful and bread is A1. A little hectic with the crowds and amount of DoorDash folks picking up, but serviceperson at the window went out of her way to get my food to me when it was ready. Will be back.
