Honestly some of the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. We also waited 30 mins just to order then an hour for appetizers and another 45 mins for entrees just to eat the worst food I’ve had in a while. The waiter was nice but not attentive. There was also coffee grounds in my friends coffee.

Great buildout.. spotlessly clean staff was nice but the most abhorrent food ever there’s no way on the planet that anybody could possibly think that the garbage that served here is quality food. It is absolutely awful. It’s shocking that they can stay in business. It’s shameful that restaurants in today’s day and age exist that are this bad.prices absurd for the quality

The food was amazing. The mozzarella was fresh and well balanced. The sesame on the garlic was a welcomed surprise. The pasta was well prepared. The service efficient, friendly, and well timed.

Ordered a salad for takeout and they forgot the vinaigrette.. Staff was giggling and having the time of their life when I got in. Maybe focus on doing your job correctly so you don’t mess up very simple things like a vinaigrette that goes with a salad. Also no one ever picks up the phone. MFG needs to step up their game with this location or shut it down if too busy with their other endeavors

I walked in because I was hungry. I got the pasta bolognese with a side salad. The side salads are listed at $8, but if you order the Caesar they let you know it’s $11. It arrived promptly. Pasta noodle was undercooked, bolognese was grainy. Cones with a random huge glop of cream in the center maybe to cut down costs. Salad was soggy and underwhelming…and also grainy?
For the price point I would expect more. I prefer FUMO for Italian, with the same price range. Would not come back here unless your child drags you in.

This parm has a much more classy atmosphere than the Parm in Noho. Eggplant Parm tasted way better warm, pasta on side was good if you remember to ask for red pepper flakes.
Vegetarian options: Eggplant parm/vodka pasta is vegetarian

An incredible setting for us Europeans.
Having found very few restaurants to relax in, this one brought us a little peace.
A rather trendy Italian American style but quite pleasant.
The service was very fast, not too fast, just right. The waiter who attended us throughout our meal was very attentive.
We did not pay extra for the bread.
The dishes were super good. The pasta dish was as it should be: al dente. Rare for pasta made abroad.
The price was very reasonable considering we are in NYC.
Cleanliness is there.
I recommend you take a look!
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for a stroller or child's chair. No information regarding the provision of a high chair for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for armchairs!

Fabulous experience! Portions are a great size. The cider was apt and not too cold! We are tropical weather humans and anything cold is really brrrr..!! But this cider at Parm's was.just right. Our great experience right from there! Wait staff lady was superb, perfect fries..both the normal Parm variety as well as the vegetarian fries for my wife. Then, we tried the garlic knots, Vodka pasta, roast beef heroe (is it a gyro? Must be a NY thing..first time I heard of or saw a "heroe"...yes, that spelling..), a small cup of brewed coffee and "Mario's Cannolis" (an order is 3 to a plate) -- all these were great tasting, good sizeable portions and freshly whipped up. Will definitely visit again!!

20 min late for pickup, meatballs were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle, spaghetti was overcooked.

We ordered take-out on a Sunday night and although the order was taken, the place was CLOSED when the delivery driver turned up. Why accept an order and then not fulfill it?

One of the worst chicken parm hero’s I have ever had. Very disappointing don’t waste your time with this place. Food was rushed cold and the chicken was rubbery and gross.
