Generous portions and good hearty food for the price. Staff is nice and friendly. The tables are a bit cramped.

I ordered this for delivery, it is a few blocks from my house. I ordered at 6:37pm, it never arrived. I called 8 times-no one answered. At 9pm, it randomly showed up. Cold. Soggy. 1/10 would not recommend to order from.

Large dishes, especially if you order the pasta and parmagiana combo. The parmagiana is the best of all, a shame they bread the eggplant… that's 0 Italian. The chicken parm you don't know if you are eating chicken or beef or anything. The accompanying pasta was spicy, which could be warned. Without a doubt the place in NYC where the plate had the most food for what you pay.

Pasta not exceptional! Really, vodka pasta. I don't understand the usefulness but maybe as Europeans we don't have the same expectations

To flee.
I had a sort of baked Milanese escalope.
The abominable breading.
Chicken meat. “Normally it’s veal.”
The tasteless tomato sauce.
The pasta unfortunately went in the oven, so it dries like a piece of chewable wheat.
The greasy pizza.
Well then there were a lot of people, I think they appreciated it.
Not me at all.

Ordered delivery about 30minutes before closing according to the app. Order was accepted. After an hour it was cancelled with no reason or anything. Will never order from them again. - don’t accept the order within an hour of closing or cancel immediately or fulfill it. Don’t leave people hanging. Very dissatisfied

Parm is so trash!!! I keep coming here because the food is good, but their attention to detail and their customer service is trash. Beyond trash, First, I find shrimp shells in my food, The noodles are overcooked!! Now today, I ordered my food & waited 30 mins for my order just for them to tell me they ran out.. this is beyond ridiculous, i will never come here again!!

Value is pretty good. Portions are big. Spicy vodka sauce was ok. Eggplant parm was a let down. Garlic bread with fresh mozzarella is forgettable. Probably wouldn't return there are other options in the city.

Ordered takeout sandwich from the bartender. Watch the woman make it in less than 5 min and turn to her cell phone without putting the order up. Why is she using her cell phone during dinner service!??
I am waiting and watching. Alerted the bartender who passed my order to another employee who passed it to another to bag and staple w/o packing napkins. Now I get to watch it sit in the takeout area!?
This is why you never should never be asked to add gratuity until the order is delivered in hand. There would have been none deserved.
Nice sandwich by the way but should have gone to Regines across the street. Quicker, bigger and better!

Just walked in to order a chicken parm vodka hero for takeout. Less than five minutes later I was handed a bag that had a cold (the cheese was hard) non-vodka chicken parm. I realized less than five minutes after walking out of the restaurant but was already on the subway so it was too late to go back. I have never had an experience this bad picking up takeout at a restaurant before and am extremely disappointed. Seriously guys, how do you give someone food that is already so cold that the cheese has hardened??

I can’t believe I found bad Italian food in NYC. The atmosphere was also terrible. We were seated outside in 40 degree weather and there were no heaters like every other restaurant in town. We only went here because we couldn’t get into Rubirosa and what a mistake. I am genuinely shocked by all the good reviews.

As I went to this location a couple times before this horrible experience. My boyfriend and I actually enjoyed this restaurant. We returned on Wednesday November 13th. However this time the experience was the worse very humiliating. As the only two melanated couple in the restaurant, after the bill was paid a huge giant white man came over to ask if everything was okay with the service, like we always enjoy the food we both stated everything was good. He turned around and projected in a high pitched voice that the whole restaurant can hear “ so why didn’t you tip “ we haven’t even left the restaurant we’re debating if we wanted a another drink or what was next. For him to assume we were not going to tip when we were still at the table is disgusting. This isn’t okay! And I would never return to this establishment. A tip is something that is that is earned through great service, which I’ve always tipped when coming here. Just be careful and don’t forget to tip when coming to this restaurant !

I ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the service or atmosphere, but I wanted to share my experience with the food. Parm used to be known for quality and care, but that seems to have changed. I ordered a Parm sandwich and a Caesar salad, and I was surprised by what I received. The $17 Caesar salad came in a small plastic container (think salad bar) with just a light sprinkle of parmesan, a few croutons, and browning lettuce—not what I'd expect for the price. The sandwich was also disappointing; despite paying extra for additional sauce, it was dry, and the extra sauce was missing, and overall, not great. It’s sad to see a place that once stood out for quality slip to a fast-food standard.
