My mom & I arranged a semi private luncheon for 18 people with the manager Giorgio. He was patient and helpful. The food was good and the staff were terrific, friendly and attentive.

The owner does not have enough staff. Oddly enough, the owner walks around with dessert trays in hopes of selling you some; a little beneath an owner in my opinion. Very mature crowd. Waiter got mad when he thought we weren't ordering drinks. Food was good though. A very boring place to me.

My food came out not what I ordered. The waiter and Manager tried to make me believe it was what I ordered. After I did not accept what they were telling me. They agreed and said they ran out of veal chops and that is why they gave me veal scallopine that was so thin it was all bread crumbs. The manager did take that off the check and bought us Dessert. He apologized and said it was Sunday and they ran out of product.

A lovely cozy restaurant with a very professional and friendly staff. We all had a tasty meal with a couple of good bottles of wine. Overall, we enjoyed the evening and will recommend this little gem to our friends.

Great addition to the UES. Excellent food, try the prosuitto, fig and melon appetizer if they have it. The carpaccio was so good and the deserts! The wait staff was very attentive and refilled our water glasses often. The owner was lovely and sweet. I will be back with my family soon.

Girls night out after a visit to the nearby Met and dinner at Masseria East was the perfect finale to a wonderful day. Service was friendly not stuffy, the restaurant was cozy and welcoming and the food delicious! We loved the halibut and fried zucchini, topped off with a freshly made strudel with both whipped and ice cream.

Masseria experience was an absolute joy from the moment we step in ahead of time, spent some time at the bar with wonderful drinks, to the dinner itself. The food, the service, the attention, the ambience, people and all the servers 5*****!!!! We will be back!

The customer had an amazing dining experience with their guests. They enjoyed the fried calamari and cacio and pepe dishes, while their guests had the soft shell crab special and the tagliatelle bolognese which they both enjoyed. The tiramisu was the best they had ever tasted. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the new management, who took over a year ago, focused on providing authentic Italian cuisine with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. The customer plans to visit the restaurant again the next time they are in the Upper East Side.

We've lived in the neighborhood for more than 20 years and occasionally dined at Parma, predecessor of Masseria. Now that the restaurant is under new ownership, the decor and cuisine have undergone a major upgrade, we find ourselves choosing Masseria more and more often. The service is wonderful and the food is great. Highly recommended!

Great Valentine's Day Dinner! Awesome to have this restaurant closer in the UES, been going to La MASSERIA in Theater District for over 10 years, happy to have an outpost closer. Highly recommend.

Most delicious food!! So glad this location has filled with a wonderful restaurant with delicious food and great atmosphere. I would say very comparable to Elio's. Another favorite.

I was expecting the restaurant to be similar to the one in the theater district but it was not nearly as good. the restaurant is new so perhaps it will improve with age. I wouldn't go back.

Had most delicious chicken/sausage entree, and excellent veal scallopini ...service was somewhat rushed (we had a 6:30pm reservation). appetizer came out in 5 minutes..... waiters were attentive and very responsive to requests, but shouldn't try to take entree dishes away when one person is still eating. Good buzz about the place, although was getting too noisy for easy conversation.
