itās a cute place that I used to love to visit, staff used to help and give advice and i would usually leave happy- but unfortunately at my latest visit with the labubu craze it feels like theyāre taking advantage of people. Itās $5 per play, and seems to be a pretty high payout. We spent over $80 and left with nothing. Pretty sad. Iām happy for those that did win, but from my latest experience, I donāt think iāll be coming back again. Just not worth it or fun to lose so much and leave empty handed.

If you coming here for the claw machines, just go to tangram. They got way more machines, way cheaper prices, more variety of things you can get. In tangram they also have labubu stuff

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! Looking for a fun time with your friends!? THIS IS IT!!! Everyone will live laughing and smiling! Destiny was so helpful with the machines even when it was hectic! She could have definitely used another employee to help her but she was amazing! The atmosphere is so lively, fun and energetic! People are just there to win, have a good time and enjoy the moment!!!! TOU definitely need to come here!!!

They have authentic labubus. $5 per play, but with some luck, you can get one. I managed to snag a big into energy secret edition. The staff will āresetā the boxes; my only complaint is that they moved one of the boxes back to the middle while I was reloading the machine with more tokens, and likely compromised my chances of getting another one that I had moved closer to the edge. Felt a bit ripped off. Also, as others have noted, its v v hot in the game room.

UPDATED REVIEW: This was an Uber eats order. It came in a bag stapled, so super clear one of your staff made the order. Hope that helps because the reply you made to my comment is extremely tone deaf, if I was there in person, why wonāt I pick up a straw myself. Who ever handles replies on here should try to use think outside the box. CC the owners and Manager.

Wow this place was Amazing! I love their Oreo milk tea, itās so good! My brothers really enjoyed their play area full of claw machines. Overall the experience was super fun and tasty. Definitely coming back.

This place was an experiment and it shouldāve stayed in the lab. Iāve been here several times and had no problem but recently theyāve been extremely lacking. Iām sure they have plenty of employees but literally only 2 showed up today. I wanted to pay by cash but they pointed me to the machines instead that almost scammed me out of my money. Food looks frozen/ premade as well, I wouldnāt touch this place with a 10 inch pole.

Do not waste your money on their crane machines. The cranes are so loose that they don't pick anything up, even if you are fully gripping the product, it just slides right back around it. For $2+ per attempt, that is a very expensive scam.
