Probably my favorite place to grab drinks/tea/boba. Their fresh mango pomelo sago absolutely slaps- I get it every time. Also don't sleep on their fizzy and yogurt drinks. Also top notch. What surprised me most was their food options. Their honey butter fries are amazing and the popcorn chicken the juiciest I've had in the whole city.

Went here in March 2025, I'm catching up on reviews lol. I LOVED this place. I went pretty late and it wasn't busy but not empty. The chicken bites are FIRE. The claw games were a lot of fun. I'm too introverted to ask for help so I only left with a few Keychain size things. The allure of the large prizes is real!!! I will 100% be going here again.

I wasn’t having great luck, which was expected, but when I tried to use my card to get more tokens it malfunctioned. I went to the workers and they treated me very suspiciously. Took a picture of my card front and back and sent it to a phone number via SMS (not even saved) saying it was his manager. Told me it was to verify the same card I used. When I told him I was uncomfortable with him using screenshots of my personal card (front/back with name and security code) the guy couldn't care less. They did give me the refund after making me sit and wait but I never went back and thankfully have gotten a new card since then. It has been a few months but something has never sat right with me since that experience and I feel the need to warn people.

Went with my daughter & a friend for her 8th birthday on black Friday. We walked in & the establishment was super clean. Each child spent $100 on coins & won a good amount of prizes. We did not get the $10 bonus once you spend $100, but both girls left very happy. We will def be back again !!!
We did not eat here, so I cant review the food.

so burnt. I thought it was just the sauce but when I bite into it you can tell it’s not the sauce 😭😭 they were nice about remaking it but they remade it and it’s still burnt.

NYC Claw Machine Rater
I didn't like it. I payed for 20 tokens by card and they charged me approx $26 and I'm pretty sure other places don't charge that much. I played the claw machines and they were rigged, I got nothing out of that $20, very disappointed. The claw clearly had the plush but it dropped it on purpose. I do not recommend going here.
