I never leave reviews but have to share this information with my fellow NYC diners. I had a group of 4 for dinner at Pasquale Jones. Right when we sat down for our 7pm reservation, the hostess told us we have to “be out of there” at 830p. Nowhere on the Resy app or Pasquale Jones website does it say there is a 90 minute restriction for 4 people. The somm recommended a $110 bottle of wine which we did get but then had to rush to drink the wine. Overall the experience was not positive and I would recommend diners to spend their money elsewhere. I’ve never had this type of experience in NYC and have been living here for almost 20 years.

Came here for dinner and enjoyed! The interior was cozy and service was great. The whipped ricotta wasn’t my favorite as it lacked flavor and i would prefer it served with bread not chips. The wood fired pizza was excellent!

Very underwhelming experience. I took my girlfriend here for a birthday dinner with reasonable expectations. Unfortunately, the meal was mediocre for the $150 price tag (including 20% tip).

Ambiance: nice setting overall. Very clean, comfortable seating, calm lighting, and not too busy. (4/5)
Service: good. Staff were friendly. (4/5)
Burrata & prosciutto pizza: great! Not exceptional. (4/5)
Tagliatelle bolognese: way too much salt. Tasty, but almost inedible. (2/5)
Stuffed shells: very tasty. The dish is only three shells total!... each shells is about 2x3in… ridiculous for almost $30. (2/5)
Beer: limited options. Canned or bottled only. No draft. IPA was $14. (3/5)
Wine: good red, okay pricing for a glass, and nice selection. (4/5)

Sadly, I would not recommend this restaurant or return.

I was pretty disappointed in my service here. This was surprising because I’ve had really great experiences at their sister restaurant Charlie Bird. First, we had about three different people serving us so I didn’t even know whom I server was. But there was one waitress in particular who was so unattended and is the reason I will not be back. Way after we finished eating we had to wait for her to come clear our plates and ask for the check. The check came immediately and we gave her a card. Then we waited about 25 minutes to get the cards back. I had to get up and ask a bus boy to please get us our credit cards back. I tried flagging down the waitress more than once, but she kept walking past me and was avoiding eye contact and I have no idea why.

Loved the atmosphere and the tunes. However, the menu was limited in size and limited in options. I got the meatballs they had too much filling, I tried my friends pizza it was ok. A other friend had the stuffed shells she stated they were good. However, there were I ly 3 offered. The customer service is lacking. The music was great. You'd have to purchase too many plates to get full, unfortunately.

Food was good. The service, however, was absolutely terrible. Our reservation was at 8 and we sat promptly. Unfortunately, this was the only prompt service of the night. It's took close to 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. We had a question re the wine list which the server could not answer and advised that a sommelier would come and assist. About 15 minutes later (30 minutes since we were sat), a sommelier finally came over to answer a simple question. We ordered a bottle and proceeded to wait about 10 mins for the sommelier to come back and present the bottle. After approving the bottle, the sommelier took the bottle away to open it at the host stand. I watched as the sommelier placed our open bottle on the host stand, become distracted, and walk away. About 45 minutes after sitting, we finally got the wine and placed our food order. This was the last time we saw the waitress. We spent the rest of the evening flagging down support staff trying to get attended to. What was most frustrating was that we could see the servers standing in the service station chatting as well as standing at the host stand doing to same. As I said, the food was pretty good, but not worth the hassle of the service. If the service was even decent, this place would be worth the price. Based on our experience, I recommend going elsewhere to spend your money.

Solo dined at the bar. Walked in Friday night, place packed, but they accommodated. Delish pizza and those peppers they bring are ? took my remaining to go!

I came here for a friends birthday party and the staff went all out to help us celebrate.
Though we had a professional som in our group, the wine selection in house was incredible. I definitely recommend this spot for a special night out or just to try something grand in this area.

We had the tagliatelle, calzone and a pizza. Beer and wine. Lots of wine choices. Handful of beer options - a lager, an ipa, and another. Pasta was cooked perfectly- slightly al dente . Nice interior - low lit and elegant. Exterior seating gives you all the joys of manhattan street side dining. Service staff was great , present when you want them and unnoticed otherwise. I will be back.

I made a reservation on Resy, and I tried to change to a different date, but it wasn’t allowed. So O cancelled and mad a reservation for the next day. Pasquale Jones charged my card $50 for doing this. Ridiculous!!!
