The original cheesecake here was the best I had all trip. The Italian cheesecake was a bit lemony, almost like a lemon pound cake, which wasn't bad. The key lime tart wasn't good (don’t get it), and the cannoli was just okay. The lobster tail with cream was pretty good. The staff was super friendly and sweet, and they're open late.

Bakery was super disappointing, we went there because we saw highly rated reviews and some mentioned cannoli and croissant being their top faves. Pistachio cannoli had pistachios just on the outside, should have been a pistachio filling to call it by that name!!
Croissant just tasted like a stale bread. :(
I dont get the google reviews. Avoid if you can for bakery items.

I really enjoyed this bakery! Big thank you to Rock and his lovely, beautiful wife! She is an angel. The pastries are delicious, I would definitely come back for more. My children enjoyed the big cookies!

The poor guy behind the counter was working hard but service was sloooow. There was another employee aggressively stacking chairs and counting his tips while customers waited for service. The Italian cheesecake was delicious.

Head over to pasticceria Rocco for a quick cannoli or 2, some tea and other goodies or sweets for the perfect night cap. Pleasant staff and cool ambiance in the heart of west village 👍🏼

We just left the spot and we got plenty of things. The guy there today morning was pissed off we didn’t say “for here” and ordered to go. We then sat down for a second with luggage to enjoy a quick bite but were met with anger from the staff (not the to go cashier.) basically kicking us out. Terrible service from that one guy. Very unfortunate because we have memories coming to this bakery when we lived here. We will not be coming again.
