On point the cappuccino and chai were perfect, the pastries were so worth the subway ride even at 4 degrees outside. We were there on a Sunday and it was a little busy but still had a nice enclosed patio in the back to sit talk and warm up. Staff was polite and friendly. We had a wonderful time, try the Lobster Tail pastry.

Best cannolis in NYC! Have done tastings throughout the city and keep coming back to Rocco's.
I stopped by this Italian pasticceria and overall had a very good experience. The pastries were excellent and felt truly authentic. I had a sfogliatella, with its many crispy layers and creamy filling inside — absolutely delicious.
The staff was a bit reserved and not especially warm, but the quality of the pastries clearly made up for it. It’s a lovely place to stop if you’re craving an authentic Italian pastry.
Overall, a solid and enjoyable spot.

Went all the way there, it’s closed and google and maps says open
Honestly this place is just mediocre. I had such high hopes seeing such positive reviews online but was a bit disappointed once I got the cannolis. They were overly sweet in my opinion which made it a no go for me.

Decided to go for last minute pastries and saw the good reviews. The woman working seemed annoyed that I was browsing quick and then ordering different cookies. She asked if it was for here or to go, I said to go, but then decided to eat a cookie or two and wait for two other people I was with to finish in the bathroom. They came back up and we were about to leave, the woman worker then put her hand down and said “I asked if you were to go or here, next time don’t eat in if you say to go.” We went in later in the evening, there was a group of say 5 or 6, another 2 people sitting down and a few tables of people in the back. I don’t see how this is an inconvenience to her. I’m understanding to the fact if they were packed/shoulder to shoulder but it was no where near. The pastries, good. The staff, absolute worst.

The BEST cannoli I've ever eaten. It was so creamy it seemed like it was blended. They had a variety of freshly made pastries from which to choose.
