Very nice fine dine. Excellent food and ambience. They automatically added an 18% gratuity without our consent. This normally added for the larger groups, However we were 4.

Literally the best Indian food we have ever had. My wife and I had the Chicken Saag (superb), the Curry Chicken (also superb) and the Chat appetizer (even better than superb). This will now be our standard. Also wonderful service in a beautiful restaurant. Took my wife there on her 50th birthday before a show at MSG, based on other reviews - this was a rare perfect selection which made our night,

Outstanding. From the food to the drinks to the service, I couldn't recommend it more. The bartender Marcos is an absolute legend too.

My experience is, Im Going Back. Te staff were authentically friendly and helpful. The food was a good portion without being obscene. I took home a bag. The ambiance is flashy in a tourist playful way but again in a moderate manner. I liked this place. And will recommend it.

Absolutely delicious! The best Indian food I've had in the US. Palaak patta chat, patiala murgh tikka and chicken tikka masala were our faves but everything else was great too, including the paratha. Needed a place close to penn station and am so thrilled to have this amazing spot when I take the train in. Service was also super nice. Our water was refilled every 5 minutes it felt!

Extremely poor experience for a place that claims to offer fine dining. Was served food with no salt, Hand towels with big holes in them were offered, Waiters were very nonchalant about our concerns with what was offered, there is no proper communication between servers, and at then end my stomach was upset after eating the food over there. It appears that they use stale and low quality ingredients in their cooking. Overall, I would not recommend this place due to lack of services, and health safety concerns

The food was not bad, not the best Indian food in NYC, but not too bad either. Their customer service was horrible though. from the moment we entered, we found the host rude and unwelcoming, like they were doing us a favor by seating us. We ordered two entrees that didn't even come together. And their gratuity seems like a scam because they automatically added an 18% gratuity without our consent. Normally restaurants do this when the group is of more than 6 people and they mention it on the menu. We were just 3, so I have never seen any other restaurant do this and it wasn't even mentioned on their menu. I would definitely not go back here even though it's a block away from my house.

Pani puri had no tamarind. Spice level was completely off. Ordered several dishes with varying spice levels and they completely ignored it. Tandoori chicken should have been served sizzling in a skillet. It was not. Waiter kept asking to hurry up and order.

Food was amazing and so was the service. The noise level was way way way too high. Think “fish market” apart from that it's good

Nice place to have some Indian food. They accommodate kids and offer decent options for kids. Overall I felt the food lacked something that I wanted.

Dev

The food was good but the overall experience was horrific, the staff is extremely judgmental, rude and unprofessional, never going to visit again even though the food was great

The experience was not that great. I would like to try again at a later time to make a judgment.

This was my 2nd time eating here, my prior experience was Exceptional in every way ! But this time, we felt Rushed along... We wer having dinner before going to 8pm Theatre so made a 5:30 Res it was early and not many people ther. My friends wer on ther way but I was not seated at table to peruse menu, get drink... Once seated, the female server we had was polite but kept pushing us to order additional dishes to try them and often they wer Pricey $$$. The Food was Very Good as before. We wer quite full after meals and did not want dessert but would hav liked to sit jus a bit after to digest some... It wasn't even 7pm yet, so we wer only ther a little over an hour wen the Hostess came to me and asked if we would leave now to clear the table. I Really thought this was a Rather Rude request as did my friends, for a Restaurant of this Quality to make. I could see if we had been Lingering ther say 30 to 45 min after eating... but we hadn't even finished our drinks yet and had Just finished eating and paid the bill. Needless to say, I was offended by this and my Friends felt that was odd and sort of Rude as well. I feel a Restaurant should Always allow at least 1.5 - 2 hours for a party of 3 or more to be able to have a nice dinner. I feel this will definitely color my decision to choose to eat at this restaurant for an occasion as this in the future !

It was really busy and took a little for the servers to even take our drink order. I didn't like that but everything else was great. The food was amazing and the vegan option were fantastic. I've been to Indian restaurants all around the world, literally, in Italy, Africa and more and had never seen the panna puri before. That was a fun experience with the group.

It was very good authentic Indain food; we were practically the only non Indian patrons in the very full restaurant. We were rushed through dinner with each course served very quickly. While we were finished after an hour, the restaurant asked us to leave and free on the table for the another reservation! Our reservation was at 7pm. We were asked to leave at 8:10pm. I felt that was an unreasonable and rude request as we were enjoying our time together at the table.
