Another bakery pretending making authentic french pastries but this is far from standard in France. Pastries are hard and testless, plus super expensive.Staff is rude as well.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Patis Bakery. When I asked a simple question about what a pastry was, the staff gave me an attitude as if I was bothering them. It honestly felt like dealing with the DMV—cold, unhelpful, and completely lacking basic courtesy. For a bakery, where customer interaction is such an important part of the experience, this is unacceptable.
Management really needs to step in and train their employees in common decency and customer service skills. A smile, a little patience, or even a polite explanation would go a long way. Until then, I won’t be returning—and I definitely can’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with respect.

The staff goes out of their way with recommendations if one item is unavailable and make it very delicious. Definitely five stars no less. Most amazing spicy salmon on olive bread with avocado.

I ordered lunch for myself and my daughter for delivery today. When I ordered, directly from the website, it said half hour delivery. Then the app said 50 minutes delivery, and now it has increased by another 20 minutes so that both my daughter and I can't wait around for the delivery anymore. I've tried calling the resturant multiple times and got no answer. I am using the app to cancel and am being told that they will contact resturant. This customer service is abysmal. I've eaten at this place in the past and it's been fine but not amazing.

Wow, what a terrible place. The employees could not care less about doing their work, let alone doing a good job. The food is actually pretty good, but the people who serve it are rude and quite frankly incompetent. I waited a half-hour for a sandwich which arrived cold. While I waited, I asked about it's status and was condescended to by a person who was clearly mad that I had interrupted her time looking on her phone.
