The location is great. It’s two blocks to the 28th Subway Station making so easy to get anywhere in NYC via the subway. The stay was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean. The hotel is affordable and there are shops and restaurants nearby.
I stayed here for a Me-cation. Time to get away from roommates and work, but still staying in the city. The rooms are much smaller than you would think. But very efficient considering the space. Everything was comfortable. The toilet had a bit of a problem when it continually flushed a bit and the show temp never stabilized. If you wanted hot water you would have to be careful to move back when it inevitably became boiling hot and step back into it when it regulated to a normal...
Great location , nice base to stay , 24 hour reception, only problem, bar and restaurant not open , I would have definitely liked to have had this option . Room was clean and adequate. Enough space for 2 people . . 10 minutes walk to most main attractions, hour walk to 911 museum
