I was visiting from Seattle and brought my granddaughter here because she wanted pasta and cheese. Our server was amazing. He knew exactly what she would want. She was so happy with her meal. Pasta with butter and cheese. I had the pasta with mushrooms and truffle. Was so good. Would defiantly recommend. The service was fast and all the staff was very kind.
Had the ribeye steak it was very good, my girlfriend had the chicken parmesan, it was tasty also, and we had the fried calamari for starters, that was very tasty, the drinks were good also, I had a martini and wifey had a glass of wine....the prices are very reasonable, I would definitely go again, it was just a bit hot in there, only draw back, other than that, it was great, service was top notch

The food looked a lot better than it tasted. Ordered an appetizer which came out together with the meal. Our server did give us a glass of water but did not refill. The meal was not hot when it came out. The penne a la vodka had an after taste. It just did not taste fresh at all. We went between 3-5pm which was 50% off prices however tip is already included at 20% for the full price of items which should be stated before hand.

This place was disappointing all around. The lobster ravioli was thick (ravioli people know this is NOT good), and the dish was fishy tasting (ie not fresh lobster). I asked for the vodka marinara option but was given Alfredo. I had one bite. I asked for a mocktail and received a super sweet strawberry puree drink that was so thick the puree stuck in the straw. The tomatoes on the appetizer were not ripe and were tasteless. My companion was saddened by his Manhattan, which came with an orange peel. I had one bite of my overpriced dish and one sip of my drink. The server never asked how our dishes were. Lackluster service and ambiance. Gratuity is included. Located inside of the Hilton Garden Inn. We ended up getting pizza after.
Seriously, don't eat here unless you are with someone you don't like and don't want to see again.

we had 11.15am reservations we made with Open Table which were confirmed and when we got there, they said they do not open until 12.00 and we can wait at a table for an hour--We left!
Food was average. Waitress disappeared after our food arrived.

Experience at a restaurant becomes a 4/5 star experience not only with food but with the quality of service, handling customer request.
First thing to highlight here is, we dine in for an early dinner as we had to catch flight to Chicago. It was around 5 pm. The lady who was serving us was not at all careful to change our dishes, cutlery when we order deserts after mains.
We just checked out of Hilton Garden inn and supposed to get 50% discount on our order but when asked she said this discount is available only when the change is going to the room directly. I asked her what if somebody doesn’t want to accrue the charge on the room and wants to pay it off upfront. I haven’t got any satisfactory answers. Also, that is first time I have been told that this discount will be applicable only when the charges will be add to the room charges. I will not possibly go back there again. Food was really good! Loved the Pizza and multiple deserts that we have ordered

Apps were good, main course was good, server was good. A bit of a strange spot inside the Hilton Garden Inn (not on the ground floor).

Shame that some good food was sullied by a lackluster server. Apparently, a 20% service charge is automatic, which worked out well for a waiter that gave minimum effort.

Lobster ravioli with vodka sauce was superb, Chicken Francese was good enough to order again, Buffalo wings and Neapolitan pizza were great.

The only difficulty we had was that they did not advertise that they were located inside the Hilton Garden Inn, and we had a problem finding it
Just arrived to NYC , and was able to eat a fantastic Salmon dinner and a great Dirty Martini. Great service and price.

They forgot our food, we had to wait a long time for it to be brought but the food was delicious and the margaritas were very good

Hard to find, the web page didn't say it was inside a hotel.
