3-4 people dropped from the line while I was standing and waiting. The staff and slow, disorganized and confused. Line stretching to the door doesn’t seem to bother them. It might look like it’s the best coffee ever by looking at the line, but it’s just poor processes.

This is a great location to read a book for a change of scene. It’s bright, has an upbeat vibe, and marks tables as computer free zones. It feels lively. The matcha though was too mild, as you can tell from the picture.

We were really looking forward to trying Picky Barista at 667 Columbus Ave since we love good coffee, but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. The coffee was disappointingly weak. Also, the cappuccino tasted like warm foamed milk with no coffee flavor at all. Considering the name “Picky Barista,” we expected a stronger, more balanced flavor. The place itself is nice, but the coffee quality really needs improvement.
