I have been going to this restaurant for many many years. I found in the past two years the space looks a bit run down, and in need of serious updating, but by far the biggest disappointment happened the last time I was there a few months ago. Not 1 or 2 but 3 mice ran through the middle of the restaurant :(.. I really do hope the owner addresses these serious issues. It will be sad if this great restaurant is closed down. I’ve been coming to Peking Duck House for years, and the food has never disappointed. The duck is consistently crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and carved tableside with a flourish. It’s easily one of the best renditions of Peking duck you’ll find in the city. The scallion pancakes, stir-fried greens, and duck buns are also top-notch.

That said, the price has nearly doubled over the past few years, which makes it harder to justify as a regular...

Iconic, old school with solid quick service. Seems a bit dated but for a New York City feeling it still does well. They could do so much to improve but the food and reputation stands strong. Have been here plenty of times and will continue to eat here.
