You come here to catch a train, maybe grab a quick bite to eat, nothing more nothing less. Don't expect a sightseeing tour for a train station. It's kept clean, the staff are helpful, cops are around, and there are panhandlers everywhere. You do what you gotta do, go in go out.

Crowded, but efficient service. You can tell that the people who manage the station has a lot of experience and knoweledge. \ \ They do know what it feels like to travel. The trains are very punctual, so you better be, too or you will miss your train.

If you like mediocre crowded train stations then you should love it here. There are literally hundreds of better places to be in nyc, so unless you have to be here to commute... Why would anyone rate this place 3 stars?

This station is usually very crowded. Various trains like Amtrak, NJ Transit, LIRR run from here. There are some food options available here. Bad thing is trains run late sometimes. Maintenance wise it is good.
