From the very first moment we entered the restaurant it was magic. Chelsea the hostess was lovely. Nick our server was the perfect combination of totally knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us choose courses that worked well together.\n\nMy wife and I were celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of our first date and we had a magical and romantic evening.\n\nWe will definitely be recommending Perry Street to friends and it has become our go to restaurant when we want to celebrate.

Pricey but delicious. The burger may be the best I've ever had! The pea soup is also a stand-out, though the butter-poached lobster could have been cooked 30 sec less, as it was a touch over. \n\nSmall things like making sure the flower arrangement is at its peak and not wilted, and cleaning any stains on the tabletop lampshades, etc (generally paying attention to the small details) would futher justify the price point.\n\nNice quiet dinner away from the crowds in NY.

There are several remarkable things about Perry Street: the quality of the welcome, the space, the light, the elegant decor, the comfortable seating, but above all, the incredible, inventive, generous, and flavorful cuisine of Cédric Vongerichten.
