Honestly, I felt for location, reservation request, and price that service show of been top tier. I wasn't impressed with the wait staff and the hostess could have been friendlier. I had to ask 3 times for water with lemon, food came out and had to ask for mayo/ketchup at least twice then I wasn't drinking beer but it was added to my bill. The wait staff is not attentive. Actually, my daughter made the observation that once I said just water and no alcohol that the waitress was uninterested by how she behaved afterwards. She didn't even apologize for the mistake on my receipt but someone else said they made the mistake.

Went for breakfast for a work meeting, very cute restaurant in a great location across from grand central. Our waiter was very good, but alittle slow on service, however another staff member that brought out the food was alittle less than happy when we asked for 2 plates to share the fruit bowl. Would still go back and would recommend, just will not ask for 2 plates.

Unusual settling under Grand Central flyiver but interesting, good ambiance. Good food, good service, but have to get used to New York prices.

Terrible tea: served in a pot without a lid, it went cold in no time. Bad quality T bag too. Why economise with lousy tea in such an expensive place? Service friendly, but said the manager doesn’t listen to feedback.

The service was normal but they added a 20% tip without asking, which seems very abusive to me.

I came in and was seated immediately. The server was very attentive. He seem to always know when I needed something. I ordered a lemonade but it was extremely sour. No amount of sugar made a difference. He changed the drink with no issues. I order a cheeseburger. When it arrived it didn't seem to be the average burger that you would get from Manhattan dining. It was plain. Usually a burger comes with a pickel and coldslaw. This meal came with a quater of a sliced pickle and no coldslaw.. The fries tasted old and cold and only the meat was hot despite the bun was toasted. I didn't quite enjoy the food but the service was great. I'm sure the price will not be worth it. I haven't received it yet. Stuck on the disappointment I feel for the food.

I’ve gone several times but this last time was meh
The kitchen was very slow, the food took a lot of time to arrive, the order of my husband arrived with the wrong item and had to wait a lot, his food came after I’ve almost finished mine. I must highlight that the servers had a good service, only the food was very slow.
The hot chocolate drink is a must! Would return for the chocolate drink but not for the food.
The place had a good atmosphere

Last full day in NYC for Brekkie. Manager who took us to table recognised our accent was Scottish made a joke and was very nice so good start. Our waiter took a while to come to us never brought us water which we asked for. Food was very good. Asked waiter for a beer but never came. Decided to ask for bill. Gave 10% smallest tip over full week. 5 stars if waiter bothered a bit more

Reservation for 8:30 p.m. Expedited service, the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant with a reservation. We were released without having finished, unable to have a dessert or a coffee. We put down the bill at 9:15 p.m. without asking. more than salty addition for a slice of meat with mash and a glass of wine for 2 people. Absolutely avoid.

Manager at the counter was racist, rude and hostile from the beginning. We asked for a table for 3, saying that our friend is coming in 10 minutes, and he refused to serve us till my friend comes. He jumped in my conversation with my friend and started yelling that we are giving him attitude, even though that was a conversation between me and my friend, and nobody was talking to him at the moment. We decided to have our lunch at another spot nearby.
