I went there on August 11, 2025 to have a drink but when I asked the waiter (bald headed guy) for a beer he refused to serve me with no reason at all. So I started filming him running his big loud mouth and he wasn’t saying anything but trying to act like a tough guy. I called the police and they came within 5 minutes. I explained the situation to them but they couldn’t do anything and they told me to contact the BBB to file a complaint which I just did. I’m about to get a lawyer involved and get to the bottom of this. I will never step foot in there again and I don’t recommend that place to anyone. Racism is alive and real, it’s too bad that I had to deal with this at the age of 50 when I’ve never had this happen to me before!

Their door says they accept Apple Pay — but they don’t. Come on, it’s been over 10 years since it launched. You don’t even need to upgrade your equipment anymore; you can run it right from your phone. No excuse

Been you a couple of times with my dad who is a fiend for a good pub Burger and he loves this place.
Create a sign that clearly states your two-drink minimum and that you don’t accept credit cards until customers spend over $15. Instruct your staff to inform patrons of this policy before they can order a drink, perhaps a sign that states this so people know. It’s the 21st century anyway, and your outdated policies are no longer acceptable. Who carries cash anymore? Everyone deserves to know if you accept credit cards or not, or if there’s some ridiculously stupid rule that’s 20 years old stating you have to spend $15 🤣. So make it clear.
