Iced latte was great! Flavor was superb. But the ham and cheese croissant sandwich tasted like there was nail polish remover in the middle. I don’t know what I bit into. It was also cold on one side. I’m not getting that again.

we live right by Penn Station and come here to get a coffee and a croissant every morning. always quick and tasty. staff is great too

Nutella beignet and nutty chocolate cookie were both very solid baked goods. Beignet was a little harder than I would have liked and a little light on the Nutella filling but the cookie was ridiculously good. Ate it so fast forgot to take a photo!

Heard about Maman and their cool popups all summer, so I wanted to pay them a visit. I went to the Moynihan Food Hall location and the speed of service was fast! I got three of their vegan items on the menu: vegan croissant, vegan pumpkin spice carrot cake and the vegan chai chocolate chip cookie. The frosting from the cake was not overly sweet and the cake itself was just sweet enough to balance with the frosting. Everything about the cake was delicious. I literally scraped the crumbs out of the pastry bag that it came in lol. The croissant was a classic! Flaky, top layer with a "buttery" taste to it. Plain, simple, but yet classic. However, the chai chocolate chip cookie was not my favorite. Chai has a strong, powerful taste. It's one of those ingredients where it should be the only star of the show. So, having two stars of the show (chocolate chip and chai) didn't create the balance it needed. In fact, the chai over powered the chocolate chip and made the cookie dry and easy to break apart. I do look forward to more vegan options they have in store this upcoming holiday season!

Gave it a second chance. Mediocre coffee, slow service, ticket lost the second time there and had to ask for my cold brew to be poured. First time the baguette ham cheese sandwich was horrible. Needs more workers or a better ordering system.

Plastic lid to iced coffee plastic cup is not sealed at all. When you take a sip, the coffee spills down your shirt. Happened to both me and my partner. Please reconsider these lids.

The downside is the price, otherwise it's perfect, the service and food are really great
