Had chicken rice and the chicken was cold and didn’t taste good. The soup and rice was good but I still had stomach issues after that. Unfortunately can’t recommend this restaurant.

Solid Pho. And honestly one of the best I’ve had in NY, which is notorious for not having good pho. We got the Traditional pho, which I’d recommend getting shredded instead bc the traditional has it on the bone and it’s not as easy to eat.

I got the lemongrass chicken pho which was really flavorful and tasty. Didn’t have bone-in so it was easy to eat.

Egg rolls were decent as well.

The small shop is located in chinatown, next to Golden Diner and cake by Loren, these two shops are popular on IG but honestly there's nothing special. Gv's restaurant is delicious, not like the typical Pho NY taste that is half Chinese and half Vietnamese, similar to the one in Vietnam. The pieces of chicken cut out are firm, firm, not crumbly, probably treadmill chicken, not industrial chicken. I ordered a plate of tripe with young chicken eggs, accompanied by a bowl of standard lemon-salt dipping sauce. The liver is delicious, the kidneys are delicious, the young eggs are delicious, maybe it's because I haven't eaten chicken intestines in a long time, ladies. I went to eat when the restaurant first opened, so I ordered braised beef and didn't have it yet. Iced milk coffee is okay, not as good as Saigon Banh Mi. You should eat boiled chicken pho, it's worth it.

The food was solid. The Pho Tony Special was extremely flavorful and delicious. The healthy portion is big enough for two. The grilled pork & egg roll vermechille noodles was tasty as well. Plenty of succulent meat with fresh crispy lettuce and sprouts are a perfect mix with the cold noodles. Add the fish sauce on top and you're in business. I highly recommend Pho Ga Vang! Am affordable, authentic and awesome dining experience!

Tried their combination pho, was very mediocre, and first time in a pho place in NYC that a combination pho did not have eye of round steak in it. The tribes were sliced so thin and short, can barely pick them up from the bowl.

Though the tables were mostly occupied, I guess it was a colder night in November and not many pho spots nearby, they were considered busy. But I will not recommend to making a special trip to them.

The broth was okay, bit iffy on if they were slow cooked beef and bone broth. So I gave 3 stars.

The spot is clean though.

Went there for lunch on Sunday. We had their Chicken Glass Noodles, Steak & Brisket Pho, and Grilled Pork Vermicelli Noodles. They're delicious.

Delicious bowl even for an overly warm Autumn afternoon. The broth was flavorful. The noodle were of perfect texture. The lemon grass chicken when dipped into their signature dipping sauce ?.

Pho ga is excellent. This is the best pho in NYC. If you're eating with 2 or more, get the plain pho and then get the half/whole chicken to share.

Service is super slow. It's understaffed the night I went.

FINALLY a real chicken pho with Chinese yellow breed chicken. Bone-in, skin-on dark meat, huge portion and super friendly service. My only complaint as a solo diner is the lack of a gizzard/liver pho add-on or a half chicken/half offal pho option.

I ordered a to go meal grilled pork and rice and what I got was a completely burnt pork belly. This dish is completely wildly wrong. First that’s not even the type of pork they use in this type of Vietnamese dish. Secondly, how do you sell something so burnt? Is there no quality control?
