We were looking for somewhere to have a quick snack ahead of a show and Pho 39 just happened to be across the street from the Ruby Theatre. Talk about an unexpected and hidden gem - having spent an aggregate of months in NYC this was one of the (if not the) best bang for buck meals we’ve had in Manhattan. Highly recommend stopping in for bargain comfort food.

Place is very small, their pho is not pho the broth is awful the meat is not good. Do not recommend.
