We were looking for a place to eat while waiting for the time to visit ground zero. I went in and there was no room but it was freed up in 2 minutes. While we were reading the menu, we were served water (I specify because we hadn't ordered it). Let's get to the food. Very very abundant. The dry noodles with 2 types of pork ( belly and steak) were delicious. I recommend this place
The spot everyone will know about soon. The personnel seem pleased with their positions. I plan to recommend to relatives this restaurant where food tastes good and service works well. My partner and I shared this plate. All in all, the dining experience was fantastic.
Might be the best pho I ever tried. Bain mi was also very good.
Little jewel we discovered by chance on a walk. Grilled pork bahn mi and Flank + beef pho was awesome and gave me recovery after a long trip.
The vermicelli bowl is really good. The sandwiches and spring rolls were just ok. The sandwich meat is too dry, and needs sauces. The dipping sauce for spring rolls needs improvement.
To the owners: I have been getting lunch here for quite some time. I have noticed that you are getting stingy with the portion of ingredients and meats in the sandwiches. Please don't do that. I'd rather you raise the prices a bit in order to stay consistent with the food.
Was great when they opened. After a while I don't know if they got lazy but the bag with the sprouts, Thai basil, and lime became not so fresh, with fewer and often more tired leaves and the slice of lime is often dried out. Pho is all about the broth vs. super fresh additions so this is very disappointing. They are also too moderate with cilantro for my taste, but that could be a matter of taste.
The restaurant is not super fancy and we were skeptical. However food was delicious, service was quick and definitely a good value for money. I recommend and will come back.

Food is great, especially for the location. Pho slaps, just a small tight place with no bathroom.

Ordered take out, and it was crazy good. Pho broth was great, and the bahn mi bread was fresh and soft.

The flank pho was really good and broth was flavorful. There was a lot of meat and the portion was really large! I liked how they had sriracha hoisin and chili oil on each table. Friendly staff as well would definitely return.

I ordered 3 bowls of Vietnamese Pho noodle soup for myself and my traveling partners when I was in NYC.
Look at the bowl!
A big hearty bowl of beef soup!

The standard was the same as those I ate in Asia and Vietnam (Hanoi). Love it! ❤️
Wow, I had so much hope that this would be a decent Vietnamese place. And with such glowing reviews, I wanted to believe there would be a solid spot in FiDi. Yet, when I first sipped the broth, I knew I made a huge mistake.
I don’t usually give reviews if the viet spot is mid, but this pho was so bad it hurt my soul. The broth was salt. No, not salty, just salt. The usual deep flavors of broth from meat and bones was absent. There was an occasional punch in the face of star anise. The saving grace was that the noodles were cooked decently and that there was hoisin sauce and sriracha to drown out my sorrows of this soup.
Stay away if you are ever craving a half decent bowl of pho.

Alas, the flank I ate on the first day was delicious. The soup was rich and the dough was delicious. Later I read reviews saying that Stew beef is delicious. Went to eat again the next day and was disappointed. The beef was old, the soup was not tasty, and the noodles were different. Maybe it's a chef problem?

I think banh mi & iced coffee are decent here but the pho is a miss unfortunately
