My wife and I have been here a few times. Really cozy space with comforting food. I love their curry pho; incredibly flavored. For an affordable rainy night meal in a quaint space it hits the spot.

recently ordered for delivery. Was hoping for a satisfying meal, but it fell short of expectations. The pho broth was disappointingly bland. It lacked the depth and complexity that I was hoping for.The spring rolls were also a letdown. They were mostly doughy and soggy, lacking the crispiness I yearn for. The sauce was the worst of all. Literally so thin and devoid of flavor I seriously suspect they were trying to stretch it by adding water.Despite the high ratings, my experience at Pho Shop was underwhelming. It was one of the worst meals I've had in recent memory, and I would not recommend it to others looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

employer must be learn how to talk to people before they coming to work. It’s very painful to i explain that, today (03/13/24) morning time i got one delivery from pho shop store, i go inside and asked a lady the order is ready or not she said it’s not ready, then i sat down at chair until my order is not ready. then the lady was angry to me why i sat down here. her name was puti, she told me. i’m sorry to sat here, but she has to tall me nicely that delivery guys can’t sit here. then we cannot do that. Please do not angry to someone who you don’t know. Genre identity in use. thanks

The soup was so salty I had to throw it out. So excessive it burns on my lips when I sipped it.

A cute sit down spot, but definitely not the best pho I've ever had in my life. The broth felt bland, and the coffee was ineffective - tasted too bitter for classic Vietnamese iced coffee. The service was okay, but they never checked up on us during the meal.

This is their spicy pho, for which I waited for 20 minutes when I was the only table in the restaurant. It wasn't spicy, but the level of salt would have terrified any board-certified nephrologist. I poured my entire glass of water in it, and it was still not swallowable. The soup tasted like brine sitting in your grandma's kitchen sink for 15 years. To say the soup is grotesques is just a euphemism. As soon as I tried to complain to the staff, I couldn't find any of them. I don't know what kind of game they were playing in the kitchen. Something like "let's see how we can royally pho-ck it up"? Their purported claim of shortage of staff is as mysterious as this bowl of pho. While I was waiting for my check to come back, one of the staff member was patiently playing on their phone. Great game! Rooting for you!

Decided to try this place out during my lunch break. I ordered a rice bowl with beef and spring rolls along with a drink. The total was $25 which was a bit pricey for a lunch portion. Being that I was on a time crunch I decided to order and return to work and eat. While eating I noticed a long black piece of hair in my food and another piece embedded in the spring roll. I called to request a refund and they asked me to text them a picture of the hair. The lady continues to say it is impossible for it to be their hair because everyone has hair nets and there are no women working in the kitchen. (I have red hair so it definitely couldn’t be mine) She then said the only way I could get a refund is if I return the food. So I rushed back to get the refund and as I arrive she immediately has a nasty attitude. She then says she can refund me the $25 but I would have to pay for the drink again??? I refused to give this place any more money and told her I would not be paying and the right thing would be to refund me everything or at least refund me for the food. She ended up taking the half empty drink back and refunded me the total. And said “next time she won’t do this”. There will absolutely never be a next time because I will never eat here again. This place is disgusting and the service is horrible. A good business owner would apologize for serving food with hair in it rather than arguing with their customers and demanding more money. Not once did I get an apology or any effort to make the situation right.

My tried and true in the UES. Massive portions and the lemon grass chicken has always been consistently good.

Food was good. It's a Brooklyn hole in the wall, so no five star but the pho was good. It's also a good deal and I'll def be back!

Arrived as party of 5 ( 3 kids and 2 adults). Restaurant was not busy. Food arrived quickly and was tasty. Ordered 4 bowls pho , 1 ban mi, and 2 appetizers. Service was just ok, and overall staff was friendly. When I received bill, didn’t realize that 20% was automatically added. Just wasn’t expecting that. Conflicted if I would go back.

We sat at a table for four, just the two of us, with backpacks and winter clothes. They immediately removed one chair from the table, even though the place had plenty of seats and chairs... We had to squeeze in at the table with our bags and clothes, even though if they had left us a chair, we could have put our things there. They redid the pho twice and brought it twice, terribly salty. They kept the door open, even though it was January and cold outside. When we asked to close it, they said someone was feeling hot. So, we sat there, exposed to all the winds. We used to come here often and enjoyed it, but now there's no desire.

Excellent in all regards. The food was wonderful and the service was great and even despite the fact they were busy with both in house diners and delivery orders we were pleased and will return here again.
