In New York, a restaurant is either a gimmick or a gem. This place is a gem. Good vibes, good food, good service, good prices. Highly recommend.

Pho came out not hot enough, the beef didn't cook well enough.
The dishes are very big. We had a late lunch and skipped the dinner.

I normally don't eat at places that have less than 4.3 stars, but made an exception because I was craving pho and didn't want to go all the way downtown for my favorite Saigon Shack.

I got the spicy short rib pho. The broth was delicious, I would say it was a moderate level of spice. I added bok choy for $3 which was a nice added crunch. HOWEVER, the meat was like 50% fat. It was difficult to get through the fat to get to the meaty part of the short rib. At one point I was tearing it apart with my hands.

I left feeling a bit short changed because I paid extra for short rib only to receive less meat because much of it was inedible. I'd try it again with regular beef or brisket next time because the broth was really flavorful, and many other places have watery broth.

Pho was decent. Crispy spring rolls were awful, so was the dipping sauce that comes with it…very bland, not much flavor. Grilled pork chop was average, nothing to write home about.

As a Vietnamese person, the pho was good. Flavorful and hot. We throughly enjoyed the eye round steak pho. It was hot (ac not working) and the service could be better. The waitress seemed annoyed at me asking for a few items.

Arrived here around 7:30pm on a weekday evening. Restaurant was half full. We were seated right away. The restaurant interior is a bit dated but the area is clean.

Portion sizes were a lot bigger than expected. There was a ton of meat in the Pho Shop bowl. The broth had a deep and savory taste. The spring rolls were also crispy and delicious.
I am a big eater but after just these two items I was feeling very full and satisfied.

Illegally charged my card more tip than I gave permission to. Ridiculous. Didn’t want to bother to pursue the case but I could have.

Had the chicken pho which had a good broth. Prefer shredded chicken instead of the bigger pieces but was still good

Kinda shameful I haven't reviewed Pho Shop yet, as it has kept me fed for the past three years! I've dined in for both lunch and dinner and have ordered takeout several times. The food is consistently delicious, service always without a hitch. Portions are large! In winter, the pho king is the perfect high protein, heart warming meal. In the summer, I love the bun dishes, super flavorful but at the same time light and refreshing.
I don't know if he's the owner/manager but there's a gentleman often serving at dinner who is truly the sweetest, I can tell he has a lot of pride about this place and is excited to share special offers and new menu items.
Truly one of my favorite neighborhood spots!

Ordered their Bo Luo lac - way undercooked and the worst taste . I love this dish, but didn’t realize how bad it can be at the wrong place

We loved everything we’ve tried, pho and pork ribs, really good. 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. Portions are good enough so that you can share with others. I’d consider, for meat dishes to include plate warmer so that meat temp stays optimal.

The food is amazing! I haven’t had such good pho in a very long time. The shaken beef is also very good. Highly recommend it.
