One of my favorite spots for tzatziki, they give you some baked pita on the side as well. When it’s busy, it can feel a bit unorganized and tight feeling, but you can always get it to go.

Bad service and unprofessionalism in customer service, a Hispanic girl with red hair, serves customers in a bad way, I traveled from Chicago to New York and I went to visit pi bakery because it was recommended to me, the food was incredible but the service was terrible , the girl treated me badly and left me talking alone, just for asking about the food, how sad for the owners of the establishment who hire these types of people

It’s casual but polished casual.$5.25/ Freddo Cappuccino. It was very good. This was the item I was most impressed with at Pi Bakerie, over and above the pastries and baked dishes. If I come back to Pi Bakerie it will be specifically for the Freddo Cappuccino. I could envision myself deliberately making a detour via SoHo for this Freddo Cappuccino. Which is pretty cool that means they have a “destination item” on their menu.I’d be curious to compare with Café Lyria who also make reportedly excellent Greek Freddo Cappuccino (this is like the Italian Schakerato). Also curious to try their Peinirli (“cheese boat”). Looked delicious.

Happened in here today on pi day of all days so of course I had to try some things. Regina was very warm and knowledgeable in helping me pick out an assortment of cookies and baklava! Took them to go and each one is 10/10 delicious, as was the free spinach pi I got for pi day. Super cute place, and well priced! Will definitely be back!

Two blonde girls at register on 3.6.24 at 1:30 pm were very unprofessional and displayed poor customer service. I was given a dirty bag and left struggling to collect items after i tipped one of the workers. The worker scolded me and and tried to instruct me to throw out garbage like i was a child …at her own worksite. i frequently visit this location and enjoy it. As a patron, i expect professionalism and proper customer service when i visit. their behavior is inappropriate and someone should advise them on proper customer service skills. they cant seem to handle their jobs-reply to team. You staff tried to give my order to another customer which in turn left my own item covered in a foreign sauce. They gave me a dirty bag? when i tried to ask for a new one i was ignored and replaced it myself. I was not throwing my trash on the counter. i never have an issue in this establishment. I am also a student. Not sure why that is relevant. Very strange to discourage patronage from customer who enjoys your food and tips but if you say so

We walked by this place yesterday and came back to try it before we left to go back home. I’m so glad we did. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and everything is baked on site and delicious. We had the pastitsio (ground beef, pasta, cheese) that we all loved (parents and 11 y/o) and the frittata with spinach, dill, eggs, and tomato that the kid thought too spicy, but parents thought was perfect and light and fluffy. We also took home some small bakery items for later. The tiropita was fantastic- crispy and even better with a little sugar sprinkled on top.Atmosphere was clean, cozy with a Scandinavian flavor which was cool. 10/10 recommend.Kid-friendliness: Many choices kids would be happy with including Nutella baklava
