Lovely ? Mexican food location in harlem. I stopped by for the first time and was literally greeted by the owner as if I was apart of the picante family so customer service is A++ as for the food I ordered tacos and The burrito ? gigante and unfortunately as big as it was it wasn't very good nor was it tasty... it lacked a lot of flavor plus as soon as I tried to pick it up or cut it fell apart and the wrapping was soggy. Really had high hopes for this place but I do believe in second chances so I'll give the chefs another chance in the future maybe they just tired that night lol. The atmosphere, the vibe, the decor and the set up was very welcoming so I'd say give this place a shot.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! UNLESS YOU WANNA EAT HAIRI ordered nachos for delivery & when my food arrived not only was it cold but there was a black hair sticking out ! GROSS I called to make a complaint and the lady told me to contact grubhub for a return the least you could have done was process a return yourself and apologize for the inconvenienceThey use to be so good back in the day as of lately service and food quality and taste have been horrible as well as overpriced! Drinks for happy hour aren't that good either I would grab a beer that about it.

I love this place. I feel as though it is a perfect place to dine solo or go with a few friends. The service is attentive and you're not having to wait extremely long for food or drinks. Happy hour is from 12-8 and they have happy hour all 7 days of the week. I really like the passion fruit margarita, and the birria tacos. Everyone I bring here ends up really enjoying the environment.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed and welcomed, they just can't sit at the bar.

The food was decent I had the steak quesadilla. I was there with friends, the attention from the staff was alright they forgot my side orders so at some point I just canceled it not that serious. The steak had good seasoning. I had the agua de Jamaica it was delicious! Friend had a drink she said she enjoyed it! DO NOT do outdoor seating. We sat right outside because the weather is still nice so you get the nice breeze. Unfortunately right next door there's a Deli/Smoke shop so right next to you while you try to eat, people hang out to smoke weed and cigarettes like chimneys. Not much I'm sure the business can do about it since they aren't in their property but definitely took away from the experience getting all that smoke blown in your face while trying to eat or taking a bite of food ESPECIALLY while pregnant. If they put up a cover to block it possibly would make the experience better. My friends had appetizers and due to the smoke we felt the need to move on to another location. As two out of three of us are pregnant.
2nd time there, this time for happy hour while working remotely. Didn’t disappoint at all. The guacamole with the salsa verde ??? I got the birria tacos super good, my fiancee got the 5 tacos he loved them. The sangria also on point. Definitely going

I was first here a few years ago and have been back a small handful of times, I don't think I will be coming back though. The service has just not been good lately and the food isn't great enough to keep me coming back. It's tasty don't get me wrong, but the last consecutive times here have just not been worth it when there's other options in this price range. I went here because it's nearby, but that's not worth it imo anymore. No one offered to seat me when I walked in and waited a couple of minutes... Just the last straw for me. Still really good food, not gonna lie

Heyyyyyy you guyssssss! This little hole in the wall Mex spot was a total vibe. They had a DJ on a Saturday, the empanadas were great, margaritas kept flowing and the shots of Don Julio blanco followed. Great time, great service! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Let's eat!

Food is not seasoned well, I'm sorry but not sorry this is the second time I've had food here and don't understand why the food has no flavor. I had the chicken fajita and it was bland I had to put so much of their red sauce they give you, which should be what they marinate the chicken with at the very least. Another time I had the chicken quesadilla and it was the same. Just plain cut up chicken. It's simple marinate it. Seems like people only go for the drinks. But the owners could be making way more money if the food was seasoned. Just saying maybe get a better chef.
