Highly recommend coming here for incredible Italian food. Wear your expandable pants bc their portions are the most generous I’ve encountered in a while!

So bad ExperienceHere food is ok but work people not really nice .I came here with my friend and they told us full booked today and you guys can set outside table if you don’t care. But it’s ok because we hear people say they Pasta so good and we said ok we can set outside. Today outside so crazy cold and we set outside table and food come so soon . We ate dinner like 60 minutes and no one come give you water and ask you how was everything? And when we want check (pay) nobody come give you bills. We still wait for bills like 20 minutes in outside and when we asked Receptionist she was so rudeOmg we come your restaurant and enjoy food we are your customers how you can so rude? And one girl give we bill and told we were so busy I can’t come give you water because you guys set outside table ?omg you guys didn’t tell us set outside table won’t have service .If you told me that I won’t have to eat dinner in here .So bad Experience .I hope someone can come say trust

Without a doubt one of the most authentic Italians I have eaten at. The menu wasn’t overwhelming and all starters and mains were extremely high quality. The portion sizes were perfect and a special mention for our waiter Hector who was amazing and made our visit easy and enjoyable.

As an Italian living in Italy I was kind of upset when my NY friend told me he reserved an Italian restaurant. I walked in with a “this will be bad attitude” and came out after one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious and better than a lot of places I tried in Italy. Very good service, nice wine list and price ok to be NY.

Truly incredible experience. Excellent quality of the dishes. Aromas and flavors that recall true Sicilian cuisine (said by a Sicilian!)Tradition combined with innovation in the menu proposals.Fabulous Messina chops! The Trofie with calamari and truffle sauce are superb! And let's not talk about the Cannoli...!!An obligatory stop if you are passing through New York and want to try a top-notch dinner!Young and extremely competent staff directed by a great Chef Gioele La Rosa!!

I highly recommend trying the Colomba Mandorle for dessert and the Paccheri Tre Crostacei for the main dish at Piccola Cuccina. The Colomba Mandorle is a delicious Italian almond cake dessert, while the Paccheri Tre Crostacei is a must-try main course featuring large tube-shaped pasta with a savory tomato-based sauce and a trio of shellfish including shrimp, lobster, and crab.

Cool little Italian spot that screams NYC. Small space so you might feel cramped but that’s what it’s all about. We were a big group so we ordered lots of items. Favorites where the bursts and prosciutto board, ravioli and scampi. Wasn’t a fan of the arancini or gnocchi. As we were dining they turned up the music and some of the waiters grabbed some ladies and started dancing. Fun experience overall.

In one sitting, Piccola Cucina Estiatorio became one of my favorite italian spota in the city! Was able to make a same-day reservation for a saturday at 1:30 PM (a rarity in NYC) and was very suprised to eat my favorite pasta Ive had in the city so far. The dish was the trofie con calamari ragu which also has pistachios and trouffle. Perfect for those who like their pasta al dente. Also really enjoyed the chef’s selection of appetizers in which we got to try most of the appetizers. The service was overall good and quick and I think its a good place for both groups and couples! Will definetly come again.
