Stopped in for two coffees. I had to immediately throw my oat latte in the bin. It was absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what coffee they use here but they should reconsider the blend and the way they teach the barista to make coffee. Absolutely yuck and a waste of money. My boyfriend also couldn’t finish his and he got a macchiato. Do not recommend this place. They’re just taking advantage of the tourists in the area with little regard to them enjoying the coffee.

Always a great place to get a high-quality ready-made sandwich when I pass through the station

The coffee was delicious however the second time I went I was very disappointed with the service. The cashier didn’t seem to understand English and had very poor customer service. Even when assisted by an Hispanic colleague he was just as confused with my order and insisted of being helpful he found the situation comical.

We ordered coffee and croissants, which were good, but we couldn’t even finish them because we were kicked out at 7 p.m. as the café was “closing.” They serve you at 6:50 p.m. and throw you out like you’re trash at 7 p.m. with no respect for the customer. Shameful.

great service during off peak time, coffee is fine, and sweets are good. However I’d use french coffee and not italian coffee (lavazza). There is nothing wring with lavazza, really, i like it, however I’d use french coffee such as malongo to go all the french way

I really wish I could say going here was delightful, as it’s the only convenient way to grab caffeine on my commute, but it really kinda sucks. Cashiers range from slow and inefficient to brash and condescending. Sucks because a couple are really kind.
But the worst is how slow. They seem to make drinks out of order so it could take 5 minutes to get your drink after ordering although maybe only a couple people should have been before you.
Ugh I really wish it was better! Would truly make my day, but usually it just irritated me and makes me wish I had better options when I transfer trains 🥲

I ordered a normal large glass of iced mocha. The straw was so short and there was no sweetness at all. I needed to ask the mocha for some sweetness. She gave a cup of syrup and said there was no long straw, and asked the merchant to see who could suck it up skillfully without using hands. A normal customer asked the service staff to be a little unhappy.

This place used to sell some of the best iced black tea in Manhattan. It was dark in color and very flavorful. Recently, the color changed from a dark brown to an amber. The flavor is practically non-existent. I thought maybe they had watered it down. I complained and was told they had changed the way they brew it to “improve” it. They didn’t improve it, they ruined it. I feel like I just spent $5+ on a glass of water (and not very good water at that). No longer up to yhe Boulud standard
Just had a pumpkin cheesecake and an apple cider bundt cake. The cheesecake was great
Absolutely butchered my sandwich.
