The bagels are fresh and tasty but the way this place works is so in efficient! First you wait to order, they write on the bagel wrap paper the order…. Then you wait for it to be ready and only then you pay! It’s busy, crowded and you stand and wait most of the time

Great bagels, but not very efficient service. When we came in for lunch there was only one person before us but the service was pretty slow and there was a mistake with my reservation.I hope they change their system and get more efficient because their bagels are great!

The price was not as expensive as I thought, and I always get toasted, and I personally don't like salmon.I prefer this place more than Brooklyn

2404 Unexpected bagel delight. Solid 4.5. The place wasn’t on my list, but N*sh had a long line overflowing onto the street on Sunday morning. Thank lord for this place as I who motivated the whole Central Park run with bagel walk back with sadness: voila. The bagel is decent, with a nicely toasted crust and chewy dense center. The imperfect details (air holes and irregular shape) add a cute charm. It is also my first time trying tofu spread, and I might prefer tofu to normal cream cheese (tofu is also more spreadable than the lightest Philadelphia I use at home:).There is a short and fast moving line indoor. Everyone is efficient, friendly despite the busy morning. Though my whole wheat was mistaken as seven grain in the noisy environment, I chose to go with the pick and liked it nonetheless. And I do have a more grainy pumpernickel already.Follow the sign to the far end, (decide what you need before joining the line because it’s quick), order, and pay at the till. Interesting to see the trust as they have no record and can’t see what’s in your paper bag :3Pumpernickel is still my favorite :3 Dark rye. Beautiful as it is.I also appreciate that the shop doesn’t follow the trend of weird colorful bagels.

Great bagel 10/10 honestly. Friendly staff even during the breakfast rush. They display food models so they can see what your meal will look like. Prices are a bit steep but worth it.

Good taste. The worst in getting orders. Place seems gloomy and dark, not good worker environment.

Had a tuna “melt” from here the other day that cost $14.70, which was really just tuna salad on a lightly toasted bagel. The cheese was not melted at all, and the tomato on it was extremely under-ripe. I’ve had regular bagels with cream cheese here before and they’re fine but I definitely don’t recommend getting anything more than that.

Bagel was not great for NYC. Veggie cream cheese was very nice with tons of veggies. The coffee was UNDRINKABLE!

This place be hoppin' on Easter Sunday! Okay, to be honest it's pretty much hoppin' every day of the week. The bagels are perfectly cooked and always delicious. The cream cheese is amazing. Sandwiches, salads, coffee, breakfast, lunch, oh my! We always stop in and buy a bakers dozen to take home with us, then lament when the last one is eaten and begin planning our next trip to New York.

A place famous for salmon bagels.Even though I visited between 9 and 10 am on a Sunday, there were a lot of people.Although the salmon bagel was more expensive than a regular bagel, it was plentiful and much more delicious. It is recommended to have it as a set including coffee. As expected from an American restaurant, it may be expensive, but the quantity and taste are guaranteed.
