Consistently reliable bagel shop, with friendly, courteous service and clean premises. Post Reno, this place is awesome, I don't have to get on my tiptoes to order over a tall counter. These guys will ask important detailed Qs on your order to get your order right! Even asked if he wanted us to rewarm our coffee to hit since we asked for extra cream, never heard of this anywhere I've been at a busy shop. Great variety of a bagel shop, and very fresh. My neighborhood go to staple!

Mediocre. Rude service. Bagels hit or miss. Much better options in the area at a much more reasonable price. My advice to the nasty workers behind the counter...GET A NEW JOB or shut up and DO YOUR JOB. HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY TOMORROW.
