Parking was full for javit center comic con. Have to go to circle line for Parking. Take reservation but then if you're full they'll send you to other Parking. Very inconvenient
I went on our third annual boat cruise around Manhattan with a stop at the Statue of Liberty 🗽. The food was amazing. The service was excellent and the evening went so smoothly from cocktails to sit down dinner to performance and then the ultimate pinnacle of our trip every year which is patriotic songs while we go in front of that beautiful welcoming lady 🗽.
It is very easy for Ubers and taxis to find a way to pay 81 and the parking is easy if one drives.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Circle Line Yacht Pier 81 on September 2, 2024. I purchased tickets to take a boat ride to the Statue of Liberty and upon arriving at the parking area, I was met with a frustrating and dishonest experience.
Upon arriving at the parking gate, I was informed that the payment machine was not working. As I do not carry cash, I informed the attendant of this and asked if there were any alternative payment options. To my disbelief, the attendant insisted on a cash payment of $40. When I explained that I only had a card, he reluctantly pulled out a card reader and charged me a staggering $50 for parking.
It is evident that the attendant was attempting to take advantage of the situation and overcharge me. His claim that the machine was not working was clearly a lie, as he was able to process my payment with a card reader. This dishonest behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
I believe that the management of Circle Line Yacht Pier 83 needs to address this issue immediately. This attendant's actions are a disservice to the company and a negative reflection on the entire tourist experience. I urge management to take this complaint seriously and take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
