Pietro Nolita has always been a gem but with its refreshed decor, it’s on a whole new level - very Milanese, sexy, the kind of place you never want to leave. The vibe is chic yet super inviting, making it perfect for a long, lingering evening.

The food is outstanding. I had the fresh agnolotti cacio e pepe which was delicious and gluten-free, which was a pleasant surprise. The cocktails remain the best in town, service was impeccable.

Pietro Nolita keeps raising the bar and I can’t wait to go back. If you’re looking for an elevated yet cozy cocktail/dining spot, this is it!

We came here for my birthday based on the menu of pink dishes and pink decor advertised on Instagram. Imagine my surprise when this place looked nothing like photos from Instagram. Apparently the owner renovated the restaurant without updating their Instagram account with the new photos of the establishment at the moment. As I came here specifically wanting pink pasta and pink dessert which was no longer available to my shock. In spite of this, the original server made no amends although he knew the reason why we came here. There is no working number to verify anything just an email address which I did email to confirm the menu and was told it was accurate. I stepped into a magenta color scheme which I found very dark unlike the lighter pink palette. Now let's discuss portions which were pitifully small to say the least. No bread nor salad is offered just a scoop of pasta barely seasoned with zero garnish whatsoever. We felt as though we had to settle as to what to order instead of what I had my heart set on ordering. We were a party of two and for $69 for just a bowl a pasta each nothing else I thought this was ridiculously expensive for the portion size I have never been to an Italian restaurant with such little food. Mind you we took an Uber from brooklyn here, the weather was horrible so it was hard just to leave after spending money to come here. The server Ethan was a sweetheart however in all consciousness, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone especially when clients are coming here specifically for pink dishes and decor. The owner should have immediately updated their Instagram page instead of using an outdated menu and old pictures to lure unsuspecting customers here. It is all about the $$$$ not the guests experience. Oh and the hours are not accurate either as we were here Saturday and they close at 11pm not 2am. I understand not everyone is coming here for the reason I came for, but if you are at least you now know what ro expect.

We wanted a quick Italian dinner and found this place nearby to our hotel. We were pretty impressed! Tasty Italian food served by helpful staff. The drinks were very well made and went down a treat. Loved the over-the-top pink decor 😀

I had my Valentine’s Day 2025 dinner here because I visited last year and thought the pink vibes of the restaurant were so cute and girly. When I returned this year, the restaurant was revamped and looks so chic and cool with a sexy retro design. The food is delicious, vibes are sexy, and service is super friendly. Highly recommend for date nights or friend get togethers if you’re looking for something retro sexy and fun!

Shedding the “Pink and kitschy” Pietro Nolita is now “mature and sexy” and just like any good coming of age story - growing up kinda sucks.

Pietro Nolita was a place my partner and I loved, and tbh we love trying new things so when they announced an update to their restaurant we made sure to be one of the first to try it.

Unfortunately what we found was portion sizes so small we couldn’t believe it.

I need you to understand that I say this with absolutely no hyperbole and report to you with the severity of a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist. My dish had 6…yes six pieces of pasta in it. My partner reported 12 in theirs.

I remember the waiter asking if we wanted any appetizers - I laugh now, imagining an EVEN smaller dish.

See Pietro Nolita never had huge portions but this new setup has truly blown my mind. After less than 30 minutes we were served, fed, used the restroom, paid and on our way with $70 less dollars in our pocket.

Here’s an important consideration, was the food amazing given its size and price?

The answer is no.

I would be remiss if I called it bad, but it certainly wasn’t as good as other establishments in the neighborhood and surely didn’t live up to the price tag.

Once again, let me remind you; We knew and understood Pietro Nolita has small portions, my partner doesn’t eat much and we get one entree to share at every restaurant.

At Pietro Nolita we ordered 2.

We really never expected SUCH a small portion. This was half the size of what they did in the past.

Pietro Nolita we wish you the best and all the love.

They changed the layout and the all pink theme to a gross dark purple, and now there is less seating. They advertise their restaurant as pink but it’s not. I’ve been there before and the food use to be good and is now bad. Weird undertones in their food and portions are small and overly priced. Service was good, but quite literally everything else was bad.
