Amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend the chicken parm which is the size of a dinner plate! We drive from New Jersey to create memories here. My best friend sees this restaurant as his #1 overall!

This was the worst experience we have ever had at Pietro's. The waiter got our vegetarian daughters order wrong and brought Veal which she has not eaten in 25 years. That meant another 10 minutes for her to get her meal. My steak was tasty but Very Hard to cut through. Only the Chopped Salad was up to par. Sad for this to be our last experience at Pietro's on 43rd Street.

I'm sorry to hear this location is closing and moving to Long Island. The food is TREMENDOUS. (Veal Marsala and Meat Canneloni)

The food was ok. Started on a bad note w unwarned bread (was not fresh) w no olive oil at an old school Italian restaurant. I asked for an appetizer of spaghetti and was charged for a full meal. The eggplant parm was excellent. My veal chop was ok a little tough but too rare inside. It was my first time back in over 5yrs and it will unfortunately be my last.

Absolutely LOVED this place and would be a regular if I didn't live in Texas. Definitely recommend making a reservation. I gave the server a choice of a few dishes, and of those he recommended the Meat Ravioli. I tweaked the order to have pink sauce instead of marinara, and I CLEANED THE PLATE (which I never do). If / when I ever make it back to NYC, I guarantee I'll come back!

While the food and service were good enough our piccata was served with no capers, the bread was stale and our waiter never asked if we wanted anything to drink. Despite making a reservation way in advance we were seated at a weird table with a draft. Not a spot I feel the need to return to.

We had the Eggplant Parm and the Veal Saltimboca. Both dishes were the best we have EVER had! The wine was labeled for the restaurant and was outstanding. We come here every time we visit NYC!!! Classic Italian.

Great classic NY Italian spot. Highly recommend - one of the best chicken parms I have ever had.As usually the case with Italian spots, not a ton of options for a vegan eater (or vegetarian really).

Vegetarian options: Veggie options lacking - just veggies doused in olive oil

Skip it. There are far better Italian places.

classic Italian restaurant. the house made chopped ceasar is as good as it gets. we had the ravioli and shrimp parmigiana, both of these were delicious and well portioned. my friend had the steak and it was perfectly cooked extra rare. i grab dinner here anytime i'm in the city for business top it all off with a double on the rocks
