Open table should check their site as Pink Lilly was CLOSED. We had theater tickets and now had to scramble to find a restaurant on a Friday night in Manhattan!!! I don't know if I can trust Open Table after this. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I had my birthday dinner party here with friends and family (about 20ppl) and I had an amazing time! The food was great, I had the empanadas and the pollo a la plancha! I also tasted some of my friends food and it was tasty! The drinks kept coming and they were great as well! They also have hookah if you’re into that. The owner was very accommodating, last minute I had to push my reservation time an hour back. The waitresses and bartenders were very nice and helpful. Thank you to the one waitress who helped set my surprise balloons up! I’m sad I didn’t get your name but I really appreciate it! Thank you to everyone who helped make my day special! ❤️❤️If you are looking for somewhere to have a dinner party or even to get a nice bite to eat in the city, this is it!

"Server" had no idea about items on the menu. The bar had no sodas. Staff wasn't attentive at all, even had their back to us, not even caring what we needed. The gentleman that brought out our food was courteous and polite. Tip was added to the bill even though we didn't have a big party. Never would go back again. Will tell people to stay away.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Music was loud and obnoxious at best.

Me and my friends took our best friend here for her birthday. This is the place she choose for us to celebrate her birthday let me just start off with the customer service very poor, very dark inside the waiters took forever to come to our table and many times we had to ask for drinks One of my friends never got her third drink right after I ate my food it made me very very sick I felt weak and dizzy and my stomach was cramping upset stomach ache when I got home I threw up with an upset stomach My other friends had shrimp They said it didn’t look cooked all the way and It didn’t smell fresh like the shrimp came fresh out the oceanThey gave back there food The owner of the restaurant didn’t even ask if we were OK or if we need any thing the bill came to almost $400 with tip included in the food was trash for the bill to be so high if I can give a zero rating I would. I would never go here EVER again and I highly recommend this is not a place to eat.

Came to this establishment for an event. The only service that was above par was coat service. It took me going 3 times to the bar just to get served. All though black owned that is the only person of color you will see working. If you're a woman of color or a certain shade don't expect exceptional service.

The interior was really pretty and the music was a vibe. However the espresso martini was not good (we didn’t even finish them). The truffle Mac was pretty underwhelming. Expected better from the vibe it gives off, I’m sure it would be fun on a busy night though.

Was very disappointed in this venue. The drinks were overpriced with the bar being very disorganized. with the female bartender being quite rude. They ran out of clean glasses and mixers which made the bar wait well over 10 minutes for service. The male bartender was cordial and very apologetic. Unfortunately the bar was too small to have additional staff, and there seemed to be no adequate preparation for the event that was held there. The food was ok and to me well priced, but took very long to arrive for an appetizer. The best part of the location for me was the fast and efficient coat check

Absolutely awful! The bar staff were really rude. They didn't have a full drinks menu and when asked about prices, they belittled us and asked if we were staying in the hotel next door and just wanted a 'good time'. They charged us $51.55 for 2 single vodka and diet coke. That's £42 POUNDS in sterling for 2 single shot drinks! The bar was TOTALLY empty (no wonder!) AVOID this bar at all costs.

The thing is, normally you would expect these items to be obviously used and dirty, but at this table, it was set laid out as if it were a fresh table. That draws into question every other table. Which one is actually clean? How often does the staff ignore dirty silverware? I wouldn't, and chose not to eat here because of this. I hope for the sake of this bar and lounge that they begin to consider the perspective of their potential customers before allowing them a seat at any table.
We had a private party, and a fundraiser and unfortunately, they did not have enough staff at the bar on the 1st floor. The bartender admitted they do not expect the Volume they had last night.we waited over 30 minutes for a drink.They also ran out of glasses to serve people the drinks which made it a longer weight time. This is poor management.

The thing is, normally you would expect these items to be obviously used and dirty, but at this table, it was set laid out as if it were a fresh table. That draws into question every other table.
