I am really disappointed. This was our first time at this location. We went there last night because it was my daughter’s birthday and she loves Pink Taco. Prior to go going, I called this location and asked if they do everything the same like the Miami location does. They told me yes, everything is done the same way. I made a reservation for a standard table, we get there they place us at a high table. We asked them to change tables, they did (thank you for that). Now the waitress comes, I asked for a virgin piña colada, in a pineapple (because thats my daughter’s favorite drink at PT) The waitress tells me they do not make virgin Piña colada’s. I explained to her that my daughter has had it before at pink taco. She told me they don’t do that, fine.She then asked for a Mexican Coke. The waitress comes back and says they only have Pepsi. Then I asked for one of her tacos to be substituted for a pink tortilla… once again she stated they cannot do that. At this point, My daughter’s not happy and I’m irritated. We order our food the food was OK. After we finished eating, I asked the waitress to bring her birthday cake out. She brings it down in the box and the bag that we came in the restaurant with. We didn’t get to sing happy birthday or have her cake there even though we were told it’s ok.

OMG!! Here you will feel like you are in Mexico. The food is great and the waiters are there for you. The atmosphere is really cool. Everything is in the same design even in the toilets! In short, a place you absolutely have to visit!

We went in today for our last lunch in NYC with a party of 6. Some of the food came out cold and then had to be remade then again warm not hot. Third try on the sub, cold. My wife gave up. Unfortunately between the lower and upper level there were only about 12 total tables occupied. They tried to make it right on the check but they messed that up and charged for two orders of soup when only one was ordered. Best of luck if you go in.

Our visit to NYC we stayed at a hotel near Time Square. I saw this place an wanted to try it. I had the Baja taco with Shrimp. This was delicious. We had a party of 6 with little wait and ate upstairs. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. When we are back in NYC we will be back and I will take pictures.

The restaurant is almost in the center of time square just in front of the train station. (Google maps can make you walk more than you need to, just check the name outside). The food is good. They have happy hour but it is just for the bar.
