They are very inconsistent with the toppings. Sometimes they are completely wrong and when I buy the take home sized toppings they are not consistently in the same type of containers. Once they gave me a large container and another time they split it into several different sized containers - I never know if I am getting ripped off or not. I would avoid this location.

I love it when the staff is friendly and welcoming. And I am addicted to froyo during summer. But the staff wasn’t able to handle my complain so well today. I just had a taste of bad strawberry and the (maybe) Indian guy kept on saying the same thing that it is summer and fruits wilt. I get it but he didn’t offer any solution rather, he kept on being defensive.

Me and my wife love pinkberry , we have been going to different ones around the city since we was about 17-18 we are both 27 now and still crave pinkberry once in a while . Their flavors are amazing and its always a small spot to chill and converse. The employees behind the counter are always nice in each one we have went so far including this one. One thing i will say is that the floor was a bit dirty which something im not use to seeing in the many pinkberry’s i have been to but overall it was great .
