Staff is nice enough. It is unfortunate however that the sizes are such a scam because the staff are trained to skim on the yogurt. At first I thought it was just the small size, but I tried getting the medium and large and it was such a joke. It was like a small in a larger cup, give or take another bite. For double the price, at $11 what we're getting is ridiculous. Other locations seem to be doing better. I will update my review with it if I ever go next time.

I had a wonderful experience but there was no line behind me and it still felt like they were rushing me. I wasn’t trying to take my time but as a paying customer, I believe I should be able to take my time.

Best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had, and great price! The pomegranate is amazing at it was the best thing ever.

The fruit at this location is incredibly fresh, and Kazi made my cup look like a work of art. He was courteous, professional, and he keeps the place as clean as possible.

I’ll admit I’ve never really been that into yogurt, but Pinkberry made me a believer. The service was fast, the options were easy to mix and match, and everything just worked. I ended up with a cup topped with sour worms, walnuts, and mango — not a combo I ever would’ve thought of before, but it was surprisingly delicious.

The whole experience felt quick, fun, and satisfying. Next time, I’m definitely coming back to try the pomegranate flavor.

Never again will eat here, terrible taste and price. I would rather have a sorbet if I was on a diet.

Love the flavors and toppings. Ambiance could be better.

Tried to charge $1.50 for a wafer cookie at the register after saying nothing when I was ordering the “free” toppings. Refused to remove it or take off the charge. Sad to see Pinkberry reduced to penny pinching and poor service.

After grabbing Japanese food, usually nabe or hot soup, I always visit Pinkberry to combat the hot, salty nature of the food — and it always is great.

It is usually empty when I visit, which is surprising, but that is a plus.

Today, June 14th, around 2 PM, the lady working was very calm, friendly, and gave generous toppings, which my friend and I appreciated. I wish I had gotten her name. However, the workers have been consistently nice in this location.

Unlike the Koreatown location, this location takes Apple Pay.

I will say the tables are not super clean, but it is cleaner than K-Town.

The frozen yogurt tastes great always, and I will be back.

I came here with my roommate on my first night in NYC and had a good time. The froyo was tasty and the fruits were very fresh. However, I would say it was a bit overpriced for what it was. The small costed almost $9, not including specific toppings that were extra. The hazelnut crunch was an extra $1.50 and the worker did not make it clear that it would cost extra. Overall, a pleasant experience but overpriced.

One of the reasons we come to NYC! I wish you delivered to Buffalo.

I ordered from here once, and my credit card — which works everywhere else in New York — didn’t work. The second time, I asked politely if I could try paying first because it hadn’t worked last time and I didn’t have cash. Even though I explained that I hadn’t had any problems at other pinkberry locations, they said they remembered me and refused to even try my card, denying me the chance to order with the rudest attitude. I would never order anything again.

Honestly, I had a great experience. The person working was incredibly kind and very patient while I chose my flavors. The place has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed it and would definitely come back for more. One of my favorite froyo spots.

Masub was so nice and kind. Provided multiple samples and truly made the order with love. He’s got passion for his career and it made a lovely product that much more enjoyable.
